On females directing, its about mindset. Females tend to be less wanting to direct then males due to society telling them, its the males role. When in reality nature favours no gender, and both have people that can direct. I think for females, females assume its not the role of females to direct, when plenty of females have the drive and energy to direct, but its a mindset thing for females. Maybe due to society telling them that its the males role, when nature made a percentage of females very strong willed, and full of energy.

Males respect merit. If females lived up to their wishes by showing the quality and quantity of work comparable to that of males, the males would accept that female without question. You can see it at high pressure workspaces and entrepreneurial endevours. So you are objectively wrong, it is NOT society, it is nature.
