Mel also chatted about what her fellow judges Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum are really like, and described the workout regimen she follows when she needs to get a six pack.

Every year the " talent " has stepped up there game , i know you have to sell the show but tell it like it is , some past years have had better " talent " than others . These talent shows are all about revenue for the network , the voice , AGT , idol , x faxtor do not produce "stars" they produce money and the occasional one hit wonder .
