Sue admitted in her memoir "Spectacles" (cracking read, by the way!) that when thinking over the stories to put in, she had to mentally sort through which ones happened to Mel and which happened to her. A friendship THAT deep is bound to have some recollection mistakes.

I love Mel! Mel did the best theatrical part ever when she was in Sound Of Music Live as Frau Schmidt. Love her in that and loved the show!!!!

I love how Danny Dyer effortlessly outdoes the two comedians with one line, and gets the biggest laugh!

This is awful but I find it so weird to watch people who are thought/known to be gay talking about being interested in the opposite sex. I do know Sue is bisexual or pansexual, but still.

Sue is a lesbian. She did have at least one long-term relationship with a guy when she was younger... and you can find people attractive and not be sexually attractive. I'm also gay, yet I find several men quite handsome and adore them to pieces. A couple of dear friends and then celebrities like David Tennant. Hell, I was even married to a guy for quite some time... sexuality can be fluid or ambiguous or even hidden from the person themselves.
