Is it just me, or whenever the finish, the last like melody when they leave and throw gifts at the fans, it always makes me wanna cry. but it's so precious~

Because it was in the single Decadance ;)
It's KASE to Chinou, not KAZE. Kase = shackles/restraints. Chinou = intelligence.
