I have the same exact taillight for my bike. The light is bright, but keeps turning off even when the bike is still moving. This is marketed as a "smart light", but whatever sensor it has is not sensitive enough. It needs a significant amount of shock/bounce in order to not turn off during riding, which sucks! I will swap it out with a non auto on/off taillight soon.

Meal Stub you can make it to always stay on by covering the small sensor with black electric tape.it will disable the sensor

@@republicofu.s9642 nope, because it has 2 sensors. Light sensor, which can be covered by electric tape, but it does not fix problem fully. It helps only if your tail light was turning off because of bright light from rear. So you need to remove also "motion sensor" - black cylindrical thing with spring inside right next to battery. You need to remove it and then bridge contacts with some wire.

I just bought one, do you tried the light sensor? I began my ride at early morning and it didn't shut down on full daylight
