To be honest I've always been messing with MEIKO trying to figure out how the hell you tune in Vocaloid1, but I finally decided to just give up and use vshifter LOL I'm a loser. Pretty much you just draw in the pitch bends by hand/line tool. Anyhow this also makes the vocals lose some quality as well, so it's not ideal.... Ah well, even if the tuning sounds awkward, I just feel accomplished that I finally used MEIKO.
There were quite a few lyric errors, but hopefully I fixed all of them..;;
Because of school, I've been a lot more busy. Video uploads will be coming out a lot slower until school is over (about 10 more weeks)

I think people who say that are probably talking about the people who copy vocals from a singer's vocals and just paste it and render it.. Maybe haha
The vocaloids as Phantom Thieves. I love it.
I love the jazzy vibe her voice has, and I can't wait until more stuff comes out with her V3 bank. Her POWER voice is just incredible.

Pro trick: you can watch series at Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.

This one of great Meiko covers that is always on top of my mind. I like it very much as the tuning is incredibly nice & clear, as how ur works always do. But i also love it bcs i feel like the song itself rly suits Mei-chan, as it has hinted a bit of mature & sexy theme. As the underdog of the voca group, I am very grateful for every Meiko contents u kindly make for us. Loving the quality you prove she can give, when handled in the right hands. These covers will forever be treasured deeply in our hearts.
If this in project diva the PV would be Miku chasing the camera while trying to not get cought by the one whos chasing her while a jumpcut of her singing this, like in sweet devil

Well,there is an edit PV with notes for this song in PD F. It's for the Japanese version and uses the original sung by Miku though.

Oh wow! This sounds amazing! I've used a similar technique as you, though I usually tune a UST or VSQ file first, then use Vocalshifter to transfer the pitchbends form one voice to another. Again, amazing work!

Hey glad to see you finally posted it! Meiko sounds wonderful! There's a tiny bit of choppiness on the fast notes but that's generally unavoidable. I also hear that she's not reacting to your style of vibrato as well like other Vocaloids do. Besides these small quips, very good job!

well... in japaneese alphabet there is no "l" consonant. In romaji it is replaced with 'r' f.ex "Light" is being read "Raito"

Considering that Miku is super popular in Japan, it's not really fair to say "it's a weeaboo thing." My guess is that Miku is most popular because her higher voice registers as "cuter," and so she fits better in the cult of cute.
Ahh, this is how people should use Meiko
Most consider it "lazier" because you are technically copying vocal pitch-shifts, but I've used it myself, and god is it hard to make sound decent!
