Upon the first few listens to Trauma Lullabies, this was my favorite track. The layered guitars sound great! And, then the bass and drums come in and grab you. That chorus just pops!! Beautifully sung with such whimsical vocalizations. And, the escalating ending is just perfect! It screams "The Cure" in the all of the best possible ways. I think the video really captures a great contrast between serious and silly. So good to see him be so goofy!...as that's good balance to his intensity. I know the European leg of the Reason To Live tour is still over a month from starting, but I'm hoping (after a break) it is followed by a full Trauma Lullabies tour so that we can hear the rest of these songs live!! I can't get enough mehro!!!
