We meet Chere Matseke, a young streetwise and reformed ex con who would like to reunite with Siphelele; who he met in prison due to different crimes that they had committed in their youths. These young men bonded in prison and kept each other out of trouble by motivating each other and being each other’s pillars of strength. This led them to being completely rehabilitated and outstanding members of society. They were not able to connect since their incarceration because they focused on building their lives.

Ngamajita anga they not gay... We just never lived in a world were there were males only. I'm Xhosa and I spent some time in our initiation school ceremonial ritual and I met a friend there similar feeling after not seeing for sometime and eventually us getting together. We are just influenced by reality since the world is dirty here on the outside not saying it's clean in prison.

It's very interesting how ex convicts can do more good than us who haven't stepped a foot in prison.
Similar to being soldiers in a war. In a Brotherhood, they transition from being individuals to being two people looking for deep meaning in life. Literally, it becomes a brotherhood that's deeper than being just a friend. This however, doesn't mean they're gay or something No. It's for survival.
