Looking forward to the torture test results. 👍 Even though Seal n' Shine is "the benchmark", I was hoping to see it paired against TW Hybrid Ceramic Spray Coating, since these two are in the same ceramic coating classification. Please mention your thoughts as to how you think it compares to that one in your next video.

My prediction : Seal n shine will loose on gloss and score 89 - 90, megs will hit 94.5 avg. SNS will crush on durability as much as price.

You’re just teasing us at the beginning showing us your perfect Corvette.

Even if M27ends up being a little better that Seal N Shine, the spray-on application is always going to be a selling point to me. It's so freaking easy to clean and wipe down my black Jeep after work on Friday and it looks amazing and I can do a quick touch up in seconds.

That’s an eye catching sealant hope it does a great job at protecting

best way to do a test panel is use every day items which most people would use to wash the car, say hi pressure and de con agents like the same items used to clean your wheels the purple stuff yep, if it can clean up the break dust from a car and deacon paint as well, then apply that to it wash and rinse it after you applied the products and see how good it looks and how hydrophobic it is after that process ? Like carpro Iron X for example ?

The problem I see with Meguiars is that you get the feeling you are buying an obsolete product because a newer and better product is just weeks away.

I don't have a garage although I have a covered car port for shade. The products I have used are the Meguiars AND Mothers spray on "ceramic" product. They look amazing BUT DO NOT LAST at all. Second day I had major water spots on the car. I had spent days preparing the car. Took all the wax off, clay bar, compound and made absolutely sure the surface was as ready as possible. I call total BS on the spray product. It was way worse than before as there was with regular wax. I tried it again to make sure I didn't do something wrong on another car with the exact same results. Looks amazing, major water spots almost immediately. Wondering if I need to spray on the "curing agent" to avoid water spots.

The car is like a freaking skeaking clean BEFORE the appliction...

I have used it and didn’t really like it. I also just got eagle one wipe and shine and love it.

If it's anything like the LHCW, it will be an awesome user experience, but won't last for more than a month or so.

Hydro slick works really good to.

this or Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic Liquid Wax ? are they same ? longevity?

It didn’t fair too well with Jimbo if I remember correctly.

So I'm still using S&S, but can i know why some ppl dislike it? I only apply 1 coat btw, she collects dust, but she still does the job. Maybe I'll do 2 coats next time.

Does this product also restore some shine on black plastic? Looking to remove the ceramic trim restorer if this product will work.

Is that a Walmart microfiber applicator? No shame. I use them myself I love them cause they’re inexpensive and paint safe.

I still think that M27 cannot beat Seal N Shine. I think Seal N Shine is not only best value for money but also a Great Sealant overall.

If ppl have cars that sits outside 360 days give me tips on that should or shouldn’t we use these products

what are yout thoughts on using a yellow medium polishing pad with a machine for the M27? or would you recommend another pad for it?

What brand of DA polisher are you using?

Maybe im just too old school, but i detail and buff every day of the week and ive used them all including this.imho nothing beats collinite insulator 845

time and development do not stand still, Jason. 845 is nowadays quite mediocre, various spray sealants work much nicer and last longer.

As far as self leveling is total and utter BS as soon as you use a microfiber towel to polish the residue, you leveling it full stop, but cure time is important IMO so leave the car for at least 24 hours out of the weather and it will even look better the next day. :)

Question how much build up is on the foam pad, especially if your doing the complete car and what is the difference other than you have to decon the complete car and paint correction to say meguiar's spray on SIO2 based hydro sealant ?

Yes!!!!

I notice that after you apply it and wipe it with the microfiber cloth, it glides rather smoothly. After I apply it, with the polisher I do the same thing but it feels sticky. I have to lean on it with a little bit of force and then it starts to glide. Might I be using too much product? I definitely am using a bit more than those little beads you put on the pad. Also used a red pad (bad?)

Not at all. If you do...follow up with slightly damp microfiber....that will take care of it.

Hi Brian, is this essentially Meguiar's version of Xtreme Solutions PolySeal? What was the GU for LVR403 + PolySeal? It was not recorded in the old video. Better yet, does M27 do better? Finally, does Turtle Wax Seal n Shine have better gloss than PolySeal? And, is it more durable? Thanks!

Stick to S&S

I'm very doubtful this is any different than the consumer yellow stuff or the HCW blue spray on in terms of protection. The only difference is how they tell you to apply. Which seems to have many different reviews of what works best.

Beadmaker is good for fast shine but not last very long.

Question: I just purchased gyeon sio2 tire dressing. How do you apply it? Do you heat the tire? If I don’t heat them will I notice a difference in durability ?

It is a foamer from a local distributor...any foamer will work.

If you wash immediately after.

On the topic of decon before applying a new sealant like this, do you need to do a one step or a paint exfoliation, or are they the same thing? If not the same thing and assuming paint is in good shape (love marks at most)... - For a paint exfoliation: What pad would you team up with Meguiar's D302 (Clear coat hardness = moderate)? - For a one step: What pad would you team up with Meguiar's D300 (Clear coat hardness = moderate)? Yes at least a light polish pad. If there are deeper imperfections...beef up the pads.

It is best as a stand alone.

I think you're exactly right....at least, that's what Meguiar's customer service pretty much hinted at when I called and asked them about this.
