Being biracial is more immediate then that, Deborah Pratt is not biracial. I am a black American of Nigerian (62%) and European (21%) decent . I an not biracial either. My son on the other hand has both French and Spanish added to his DNA. He is a different story.He is considered and looks multi-ethnic. You really cannot pigeon hole him. But in the end as descendants of Noah and his three sons we are all mixed with something.

Hugh Franklin is a sad nobody himself and he only feels good when he insults people who lead a life he is pathetically jealous of. We should all feel sorry for a miserable existence like Hugh. Poor guy!
