Samantha showed anger during her interview because she’s currently in a lawsuit against Markle, so she’s losing money, and Markle keeps lying. She’s justified in her anger. Heck, I’m angry at Markle for disseminating so much trouble among ALL the people she comes in to contact with, and I’m not even related to her!! 😂❤thank you for another great video. However, it helps to have some background on the people you interview, so you can understand what is happening emotionally.

Fellas !!! Especially Chase ! Not that I always agree with Meghan and Harry but GUYs !? Thomas had a stroke from this stress ? Thomas Markle missed the wedding because he had a “heart attack” was hospitalized in Mexico. Was discharged and immediately photographed at KFC Starbucks and McDonalds which were published by the Daily Mail ! Samantha was all over the media stating he didn’t smoke or drink. Another rag posted photos of him smoking and drinking ! Chase ! Maybe just maybe, he had a stroke from high blood pressure secondary to Tobacco Abuse for years , Obesity and DRUG USE in his past ! (Also documented in the press) I guarantee if he had a cardiac procedure in 2018 that caused him to miss his daughters wedding, he was not following drs orders when he left the hospital ! Did not lose weight ! Maybe the stress he’s brought himself by choices made going to the press to give stories about the daughter he says he loves and listening to Samantha’s advice by going to the press and selling stories is contributing to his stress ! Ya think ? I wouldn’t talk to him either. He sold his story and posed for photos in more than one magazine and has t stopped. Despite that Meghan and Harry warned him that it would open the door to much difficulty if he did ! Do you really think these people were a good security risk to members of the royal family ??????????????? YOU GUYS ? I’m disappointed in what seems to be a lack of research on this one. We haven’t even discussed that proof was published Samantha lost her oldest two children when arrested for DUI and never saw them again. Then her youngest daughter went to live with a grandparent after being abused by Samantha and her current live in , by the state of Mexico ! Samantha’s own mother gave an interview about it ! Documents were provided to Daily Mail from children’s services in NM.

Why??? because he's good at his job and he's not willing to hang a person just on their behavior. ..The man watches people behavior and listen to what people say. .. Then to back up his findings on the person he does his homework on what they have said to see if it is true. .. I would say that is someone that is good at their job. .. We might not like his opinion on some subject matters but he does back up what he says and points out where it came from, so that we can check what he is says is true. .. He is forever telling people to check things out for themselves. .. Someones behavior can give you a clue to were to push or look at, but your the one that is going to have to do the homework and go and look into it. .. I would say that is someone doing their job, Very Well. .. That's my opinion on the job/work Chase does.

Spare has more fact check fails than any memoir I've read. Yet, how many comments begin with people claiming that they can just tell that Harry's honest. If I was still teaching college critical thinking, I would design an entire course about them.

As a woman who’s dealing with a narcissist daughter in law for 20 years, I must remind everyone how emotionally damaged this family may be. Being emotionally railroaded for years they are probably a bit defensive, now that they have a chance to speak. You just can’t win when a narcissist is in the room.

Clearly you didn't read the book "Spare"...if you had, you would of known that Harry didn't said those things himself...he merely reported what the tabloids said about Thomas Markle, he never actually think or said these awful things about Meghan's dad. He was a description of how virulent, despicable and nasty the english tabloids can be toward an individual. I understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but hating someone based solely on false or skewed narrative is just dumb!

To me this his behaviour is despicable, it says he feels entitled but most of all it shouts loud and clear he has zero integrity. There is nothing that has happened to him or his wife, IMO, that justifies his behaviour towards his family, her family, friends or what he has revealed about private conversations and relationships. It comes across as spiteful and vengeful and he is already paying the price for his actions in the eyes of the public. He was loved and indulged by a nation but he has trashed their belief in him. I suspect it will difficult if not impossible to get his credibility back in the eyes of the public, but whatever happens, he only has himself and his wife to blame. If he has any love or respect for those he has betrayed he should quietly and privately try to make amends, which may take years. Regardless of that, he should leave his past behind, keep quiet and get on with living the private life of doing good, he claimed he wanted. I think it is a very sad and dire place he is in and he does not take any responsibility for where he is at the moment he is likely to end up a sad lonely man. He had a golden life of opportunities even if it was imperfect but he blew it and continues to throw away what is left of it as i type, time he grew up.

Many of the comments in his book about various people where nasty. He referred to the girl he lost his virginity to as a MUCH older woman, turns out she wasn't much older than him (basically a peer). He admits while in Las Vegas it was his idea to play strip pool, but then referred to the girls who played with him as "dodgy" (like somehow despite the fact that the whole thing was his idea he was better than them). He also insulted his brother for being bald despite not exactly having a full head of hair himself, and so on. I used to be a huge fan of Diana, but how Harry has turned out is PATHETIC! He and Mega-nut deserve each other!

Bottomline : this woman called out Meghan as a manipulative user when everyone still thought she was great. The sister said “You’ll see!” -and let’s just acknowledge-she was totally right. From the beginning the sister told the truth about Meghan and no one believed her. So, yeah…I think the sister has proved she’s the credible one.

Dad married a woman who took advantage of him and the older two had to watch and were powerless. Father spoiled the new one. and created the little monster we have today. Not hard to understand.

My youngest sister is 18 yrs younger and from a different mom- she’s never once called herself an only child! 3 of 4 of us were already in college when she was born, but she still tells everyone she has 4 sisters. Because she does.

Samantha has an issue with Meg because her daughter sided against her., and sided with her Aunt, and that I heard from the horses mouth as they say, the daughter was interviewed. I remember back in the beginning, before Meg was engaged, she spoke fondly of her father, it was before the wedding when he went against the Queen and gave an interview, which he said he did not give, to me the whole family are winging because they didn’t get an invite to the wedding which they sabotaged themselves 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

You'll have to prove that. The mother is known, and recognized, but paternity is denied and is debatable. Usually it's the dad who demands proof, but this time it's the child.

Doria, Harry & his wife, all have issues with drugs. Narcissism is highly linked with drug & alcohol addiction. Such addictions generally keep addicts emotionally childlike, entitled, with a victim mentality. In AA, they call it Stinking-Thinking. Not difficult to see these things in both H&M.

Of course Samantha feels betrayed. Meghan's bots cost her clients. Samantha is a counselor and has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminology, and a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counselling. So it's no wonder that she analyzes Meghan and Harry's mental issues.

Apparently she wanted to walk the entire aisle all by herself ( so that the world’s gaze was purely on madam only) . I was a little surprised they referred to the family as red neck as well! They are certainly a few socioeconomic strata down from royalty, but seemed like nice working-class people (except for when the tabloids tried to portray them so poorly).

There's a 19 year age difference between me and the next youngest sibling. I have said I was raised like an only child but then always said, even though I have a brother and sisters. I would never say "I have no siblings, I would love to have siblings". I would say "I would've loved siblings my own age". Big difference. Harry's wife likes to rewrite history.

I'm with Chase on this one. I think his analysis is spot on. Hurt and pain at the core of the family's response. Samantha is truly in pain for her father. Hence, her anger.

I think Chase is spot on when he gives the Markle family the grace or empathy of understanding why they are behaving the way they are having been tremendously betrayed publicly and Chase can see that maybe they are NOT PUBLIC FIGURES and maybe aren’t handling this as gracefully and profesionally as either the royals or Meghan ( both being much more well versed in public life than the Markles) are doing . I lost my father very young and it really broke my heart to see Thomas Markles very obvious sadness and willingness to forgive , even still. I was a bit disappointed in the rest of the panel on reading the Markles as expecting the same poise they would expect from the royals . These are regular people handling betrayal and pain in a way they obviously did not want to have to do . Congrats Chase , you got the culprit , the only común thread in all this drama : Meghan Markle and saw her true colors . Btw, even Samantha’s anger , as exaggerated as it comes off still pales in comparison to what Meghan has done to ALL OF THEM .

Megan’s father paid paparazzi around Mexico showing how pitiful he was and Megan had Harry chat with her dad till he started arguments. When Megan wrote the heartfelt letter her dad sold it to a paper with millions of viewers. She couldn’t trust any of them and mostly kept her mouth shut. I am sure she had a family that protected and cared for her like her mother did. When you grow up with a bunch of opportunists you really don’t have a chance. If she gives them a chance to meet her children they can record and photograph them and sell it to the highest bidder.

I was about to comment on this. My immediate feeling about Samantha was that she is someone who cannot stand (whatever she considers) injustice and easily goes into fight/protector mode. Isn't she a social worker/counselor or something like that as well? Makes sense to me that she would step in on behalf of her father in particular. On top of that, she is confident, rather analytical and well-spoken - not someone to f*ck with.

MM is icy cold not to contact her father after he had a stroke.

I think Samantha is quite intelligent. Her MS though, will affect every bit of her physical expressions, including facial and general body language. You can tell that she is really angry at Meghan. Her dad comes across as hurt and disappointed. I really feel for the family, what Meghan told the royals about them, isnt the truth. You have to be pretty cold to ditch family like that. Meghan is a prime example of a narcissist.

My sister is 17yrs older than me, she got married when I was 2, my brother is 15yrs older than me he joined the Army when I was 2. I have never said I am an only child, I have said I grew up as the only child in the house. BIG difference.

I agree, he’s not getting lost in the small analyses, he’s seeing the bigger picture of the personalities involved, especially Meghan. You couldn’t recognise her clear narcissism and not dislike her.

Frankly I don’t see drama from the family. It appears they are responding to the interviewers questions and rightly describing their feelings about the impact they experienced. Megan had a worldwide platform to promote her message. The Markle family was ignored, abused on some level and shunned. Why wouldn’t the adult children vigorously defend their father?

Harry was a much loved son. He was called ‘darling boy’. He was very spoiled but he was loved and cared for by Parents, Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles, Nannies, Guards and other staff. Megaliar has poisoned him.

The fact that Harry was not introduced to her Father before the engagement makes it very plain that Samantha is correct and Meghan is ashamed of her family. At that point, Thomas had done NOTHING. She had been posting really positive things about her Father before she got together with Harry. I'm with Chase on this one.

Regardless of what Meghan went through when she was younger, badmouthing her family publicly like that was cruel, coward and unforgivable. This is the most despicable couple I’ve ever seen, they make me want to vomit. I hope he never comes back near the RF again.

I feel seen by Chase in this video. Having been ghosted by my adult daughter five years ago, I want to suggest to Scott that not all parents who've been abandoned by their adult children are narcissists. It hurts being buried before you're dead. Thank you again, Chase!

Is there anything Chase doesn't know? I'm suffering from PostCovid, so I had to research a lot of the stuff surrounding inflammation and thus following, endothelial damage, etc.; but hearing about it in another context and in such a condensed, concise and informed (as well as informative) manner, was just mind-blowing 😲🤓👏🏼

I'm with Chase. My sister is 11 years older than me & my brother 7 yrs older & we are very close. I would never say I was an only child. That would be very hurtful to them.Meghan Markle said she lost her father. She doesn't care about anybody's feelings but her own. Samantha is spot on! She lied to the Royals & she doesn't want to be associated with people she thinks they would look down on , but the Royal family is more humble than she is. MM is 100% a malignant narcissist & that is my unprofessional, but I believe correct opinion. Her father, not her mother raised her. MM is heartless. She was the worst thing to happen to the Royal Family. They don't deserve an apology from anyone!

It's also affected her livelihood, she's had to sit back and watch the deterioration of her father's health and his heartbreak over Meghan - so you think she's pissed off? Additionally Tom Sr used his money that he didn’t have to pay off her very expensive college education, plastic surgeries, internship in Argentina, vacation s abroad, etc. and has no money for retirement. He was still paying her college loans when she was on the show suits and she begrudged giving him help financially when he needed it. She made it sound like he was gold digging her. She is reprehensible. The other kids are outraged with her treatment of him because they are trying to care for him with their meager means. For a pittance she could right Thomas’ ship. She is a true malignant narcissist.

I agree! And I beleive what Samantha said about Meghan keeping them away from the royals because of all the lies she told to the Royals. She couldn't take a chance of them showing up and saying something that might expose her lies. Also her dad was so supportive of her and every thing she did growing up. I heard one of her school teachers telling about how supportive he was of Meghan, and how envolved he was with her schooling. She talked about how he built the sets for plays and productions she was in at school in theater arts. That has to hurt the way she has now disowned him. I'm sure her older siblings saw all this first hand and know what a good dad he has been to them and to Meghan, so of course it's natural for then to be angry and defensive of their dad.

@@ericacole7102 I’m not fan of the Markles but in Thomas’s defense he does deserve slightly better FROM MEGHAN. He raised her and have her an excellent childhood and paid her way through college. However he was mostly absent from Thomas JR and Samantha’s as children life while spoiling Meghan but that the way Karma works. The child he valued most treats him the same way he treated his older kids growing up.

He could cry on cue if he thought he could use it to get what he wanted. Long after I woke up to his game, I called him out once in my early 30s, told him to shut off the waterworks because I’m not buying it. It was like he flipped a switch and went from the “victim” to an aggressive, nasty, rage-filled POS calling me names and words I would never repeat. If I didn’t experience it, I never would have believed it. I only heard it on the phone. My sister watched it happen in front of her. That’s when we both realized he was potentially physically dangerous and we got my sister out of the house and away from him. Not everyone had the picture perfect childhood that others had and therefore believe everyone else had what they had. What we see MM’s sister and father performing may or may not be as it seems. MM didn’t become what she is in a vacuum. Like Greg said, fish taste like what they swim in. I spent a good portion of my life surviving. I’ve only now just realized what I was up against in my childhood. My father was dead to me 30 years before he literally died. Someone might say: “I lost my father,” but I wouldn’t presume to know what they meant by it. She might just not want to air her family’s dirty laundry in the public forum. Me, I found out mine was most likely a malignant covert sociopathic narcissist. I make a concerted effort on a daily basis NOT to manipulate, persuade and coerce people because I KNOW how to do it, but that’s not how I want to go through life.

H & M had no problem making the Queen & Prince Phillip's last days intolerable, why would they care about old Mr. Markle & his feelings. They are just selfish, self-centered & have absolutely no self awareness or self control. The Harkles are a perfect match for each other.

They are not step siblings, they share a parent so they are actually half siblings, thereby making them half siblings.

I can't really fix anything bar having my sisters back when my parents are being unfair though. But I also understand my sister and feel for her and listen to her upset about unfair moments. It's a really difficult dynamic and it makes it hard to strengthen familial bonds.

Again, Chase is right. My father had a stroke and we all were very sensitive to allowing him to express himself freely--and to not in any way make him feel incapable, even if he had to struggle a little. And thank you for having that insight and expressing it.

Yes! There was absolute disgust in Harry's voice when he spoke about the belly hanging over the belt and a six pack of beer. Very rich coming from someone who has a history of drug abuse. How should he have bought the beers exactly to gain your most important approval, Harry? Meghan's dad is just a plain non assuming normal man going to buy beers for a game and they lose their sh"t over it. So snobby, tasteless and tacky. That was the one comment that totally trashed my opinion of Harry. Turning his coke filled nose up at a man who buys a six pack of beer.

yeah, I do think there is something about his perspective that may come from his own personal life experiences which have allowed him to make this assessment. On this one I just feel like it takes much more than body language to get it right. There’s a lot going on here beyond their physical reactions.

Chase is most accurate in his assessment. - I disagree with the speaker who said the Markles are red necks. Thomas was a successful, Emmy winning lighting director and Samantha has an undergrad and graduates degrees.

I agree. Chase understands who the family was before Meghan was famous and why this is a huge betrayal. What Chase said about Meghan’s narcissism requiring she edit out family members that don't fit how she sees herself is so true. She is in a process of creating a narrative of herself that (she thinks) is most flattering to herself rather than being genuine. Greg said something about them being redneck, maybe meaning they are uncouth? I think Meghan and Harry are far more uncouth than all of the others put together. They put a lot out in public that was private family business. They mismanaged their own public lives because of their own “redneck” behavior.

Can we ask Harry why he was so quick to share personal details of HIS family (I never needed to know about Williams Willy) after he was so upset Thomas shared personal info?
