I can’t remember but I know she got a LONG document about all she should know and she had a personal trainer or assistant. I mean what else did she want? To be treated like a dingbat who had no clue how to read and have them sign her up for a class? I mean come on.

@kwakuduah7976 It's a year later and of course these are just words on the Internet so you don't have to believe me but a good friend of my family worked closely with the royals at that time, and they spoke about how she was briefed on the protocols and how they couldn't understand why she was saying what she was saying about being uninformed. You don't have to take my word for it though, you do you.

No Graeme, she simply lied: she knew how to curtsy. And, yes, they did say they were leaving to have privacy

She did ballet all dancers are taught how to curtsy when the performance ends. She lied yet again

Then she should not have clawed a royal. She wanted fame and title and left as soon as she got it. That is her character.

Doesn’t mean she understood a proper curtsy for the actual Queen. People are always reaching, right? 🙄This unnerved me a bit. I think her little actions as she glanced at Harry was his look of disapproval. Likely because he knows his wife, but others may misunderstand her in 👍🏽that moment. I think she was relaxed and poking fun at herself, actually. Thanks, Graeme for this commentary.

That's how I took it as well. To me it looked as if she was mocking herself for being so awkward. Plus imagine the nerves about meeting your boyfriend's family and compound it with 'hey, there are strict rules that you have to follow and learn in 2 minutes '. Nope. There was so much support for Megan initially though. I think people are just tired.

What I see that people call her a lier, but actually she never did a curtsy in front of the queen. Every girl has an idea of how to curtsy, and we did in school shows, BUT doing the real one in front of the QUEEN is not like that, it can be different, it even feels different, she had her right to worry about it and to tell that she never did a REAL curtsy in front of the real QUEEN. No, we're pointing out the lies. In both the Oprah interview and Harry's book, they give a different story where she WAS taught to curtsy beforehand. Why is she lying that she was forced to 'ad lib' a curtsey from her idea of what one was, and why did Harry let her lie about it and make him look like a fool who let her meet the queen without first briefing her, when he did!

It’s funny how y’all defend her as if she isn’t the problem… girl just made a Netflix documentary cashing in on her marriage after wanting privacy. If she really wanted privacy and married Harry for him and not because he’s a royal she would’ve lived in peace in the US away from the spotlight. The point is she did know how to curtesy and lied about it. Which is so weird. She’s trying to act as if she knew nothing about the royal family when it’s in fact obvious she’s probably done extensive research.

hey, can you point out in their statement when they left their royal roles where they said they were seeking privacy? The fact that I very logically explained how it's ridiculous that people can't fathom that Meghan didn't think of herself as a curtsy expert when in the presence of the Queen of England because she did a curtsy in a TV show 5 years prior in a law office setting for a split second. Nor can they fathom that she might have forgotten about that. Nor can they fathom that she never said she never curtsied before. You can't comprehend ANY of that. You still want to burn her at the stake because you believe she intentionally lied to Harry and is lying to us because it was all part of her grand scheme to take down the Royal Family from the second she met Harry (not sure what motive would be but I'm sure you've got a conspiracy theory). The problem is clearly that you're racist. THAT's the problem. At least this gives you a break from crying over Rachel Zegler playing a factious cartoon character. In the Netflix interview she portrayed that she had NO IDEA how to curtsey and ended up doing a sort of ‘bow curtsey’ because of how ‘clueless’ she apparently was, when in the TV show she did in fact do it it the proper way. The lengths you’ll go to defend her is funny. You don’t ‘forget’ how to curtsey. And I do not believe and never said that it’s all a grand scheme to take down the Royal Family. I couldn’t care less if the monarchy was abolished. But this is to do with her awful character and pure calculated attention seeking. Also, for the record, I don’t think questioning Archie’s skin colour is racist, especially if it was from an older Royal. I’m half English and half Latino and my parents speak about our skin tones. Its pretty common for older people to discuss this. Also, in the case of Susan Hussey, I don’t think it’s racist to ask ‘Where are you really from?’ especially if you’re wearing ethnic clothing as Ngozi Fulani (a very English sounding name lol) was.

I am from a third world country and knew about Harry and William at the age of 10 when Diana die. And would see see the boys in the news from time to time as life progresses. I find a lot of holes in her story and I am entitled to my own opinion. Also, I am a brown person and she doesn’t speak for me. They are far more worst issues in this world, such as hunger and people having no shelter and they are constantly complaining from within their mansion.
