I worked 37 hours a week as a teenager with responsibility for looking after a huge amount of money on a busy PO counter back in the late 70's, early 80's. If I misbalanced I had to stay behind to get it all double checked and often didn't get home til after 8pm. Aitch was probably downing sambucas and snorting whatever he could get his hands on when he was 17. What an idle, self entitled prat he was and still is.

Charles Spencer - like Harry - was raised to believe he can do what he likes and get away with it. He has always thought himself better than anyone else and I can still remember his nasty comments when Diana got engaged to Charles about how she was marrying beneath herself and how Charles and the Queen should have been grateful that a Spencer deigned to lower themselves to marry into a fake royal family. I'm wondering if he's not equally supportive of both William and Harry, but the relationships aren't especially public? Harry of course, would ensure that any public presence with Diana's brother is played out in the presence of the media. William would have no need to do this, naturally. The most likely reason for Charles Spencer to be at the service was that he was invited, considers it a good and patriotic cause, and wouldn't want to disappoint either of his nephews?

Oh I am ABSOLUTELY with you Neil. Now at nearly 79 and being partially disabled, it really does takes me a little time to get my motor running first thing in the morning. I get up around 7am (heavy frosts here in Canterbury this last week so very chilly) totter to the kitchen, tale my morning medications while my kettle boils and then I have a cup of coffee, the first of only 2 in a day now. I reflect on my day ahead as I drink it and see what headlines have come in on my iPad. Then I’m dressed and my day has begun. Some days are of necessity quieter than others. I check my vegetable garden, pull a few weeds and water as necessary. Then onto my flower garden, happily seeing how many roses are still braving this very cold weather. Some days I’m very slow especially if it’s cold. I’m also a creative soul and I have a few projects on the go and plans for more cogitating in my mind’s eye throughout the day. However Neil, no matter how slow I am these colder mornings, the sun is soon out, the benefit of frosts are the beautiful sunn6 days that mostly follow. I really enjoy m6 life. I have my second cuppa and open up KZread to see what’s happening around the world and I always watch your video’s first. I knit or stitch as I watch and then my goodness, it’s time to make lunch. Why would Charles Spencer ever do anything with the 2 X royals? Netflix wants meghan to have cooking guest that's a great idea. But it would be a great beginning if she had her side of the family on. Now that would even make me watch.

People seem to forget that Charles Spencer is William’s uncle too. Harry seems to have pushed William out of Diana’s life. It’s as if she never was William’s mother too.

I'd be embarrassed if the only family that had anything to do with me, was because they felt sorry my mental condition

I hope that Charles Spencer remembers that he has 2 nephews from his sister, Diana, and she would be appalled at him favoring one over the other - especially if it causes hurt and harm as Harry has done to William and his family. If he cares about his sister’s memory, he should try to talk some sense into Harry or at least remain neutral. Regardless of how he feels about the royal family, his participation in anything the Harkles do only encourages their horrendous behavior and brings no honor to his sister’s memory.

Plus all the lies mm told about all British people being racist is an insult to all British and as Charles Spencer is a prominent semi-somewhat royal partaking of any of her money scheme is thumbing his nose at British peoples .

Charles Spencer is just after publicity for his book. From what I've read he is not as nice as people make him out to be. He refused to allow Princess Diana to hide out on the Althorpe estate when she split with Charles.

There is nothing that could encourage me to watch anything on TV that has to do with the Sussexes! The only reason why I have Netflix is because it was gifted to me. Ugh…these people are soooo depressing. Prayers for KCIII and CPOW.

Beautiful spot today, my favorite pub. 😊 My question is, why didn't they publicly support Prince William and Princess Catherine during her health battle? Or King Charles, for that matter? They are family, after all. TO is a delicate flower with a razor tongue that doesn't think he's hurt his family by what hes said. How delicate is he really? He was strong enough to say no to his Gandparents and force his marriage. He's also strong enough to sue the media and try to take down the Monarchy. I question his delicacy using his children to force an apology. Seems pretty steadfast to me and dangerous. People can believe he's delicate, I dont, not from what Ive seen from him. Cheers!👋👋😁

Not in a million years do I think Charles Spencer would go on Meghan’s cookery show. He is all too aware of her reputation, her questionable character, & popularity. He would not want to allegedly sully himself with the likes of Meghan is my feeling on that possible proposal. Charles Spencer turned down Netflix wanting to film on the Althorp Estate. I think they only went to St.Paul’s to Harry’s Invictus speech as none of the Royal family went & they are aware of Harry’s fragile mental state. But I don’t think there is an alleged connection that extends to Meghan for supporting a cookery show which could possibly fail, allegedly, due to her ongoing unpopularity. The support stops with Harry is my feeling on that setup.

But hasn't Diana's brother had some difficulty with his own offspring, not being present for weddings, etc. Guess timing is everything when you have a new publication to get out to the public.

So where are the other 40 jars of jam? Lost in the mail along with the cheque? Because only about 10 or so people posted the jam on their social media - maybe not even that many. What happened to the rest?

Oooohhhh ya'll! That picture shows Harry at the happiest he seems to be in years. Pictures with Megan do not show him as happy, but tense, anxious, unhappy, even sad. That is a shame. And what a horrible way to live a life.
