MegaV CNC Cast Aluminum Dust Shoe

I'm a lost foam caster and use my MegaV to cut polystyrene patterns. I made the patterns for a (Z) stationary dust shoe and cast ithem in aluminum This it in action. The baffle plate is 1/4" mdf and held by magnets. More here:
