Technically... she was 9 years old when this video was taken last summer. She was diagnosed 1-month after her 3rd birthday with a rare kidney cancer. She turned 10 in February.

All without stuttering, saying "um" or "uh", and flawlessly executing delivery.

I can image there being someone there complaining about the way 'Megatron' spoke about Riley and her cancer battle. He's still got to stay in character; and if anything it nearly made me fucking tear up when he praised her for her courage, and promotion to lieutenant. He could've easily taken it too far or refused to break character at all. Either way, congratulations to her and thanks to Megatron for being compassionate today.

The fact that he managed to think quickly, say something wholesome while still being in character was the real brilliant part.

Megatron is so proud of Riley that he demotes Starscream. But then again, when hasn’t he?

This is both emotional, epic and badass. Just the way he starts sighing at 0:31 after that long silence, you know he's going to come up with something brilliant.

This was actually touching. No matter how cold hearted someone is, deep down there’s some kindness. Even in Decepticons

For one, over 500 people saw Christ after his death at the same time, Dead Sea Scrolls, House of David inscription, multiple Roman documents confirming not only the existence of Christ, but about how the things said in gospels about his actions are accurate, and the simple fact the life cannot exist without a God, whether you use the Big Bang theory version with the first sub atom or finite energy, neither of which could not occur without a creator to set things in motion.

This made me tear up. To see just a young child have to deal with cancer is heart breaking. Glad to see it went well and megatron made her day

I love videos of some guy in a Megatron suit talking to people. It's funny to hear what Megatron says to people, but In all seriousness, being a 6 year cancer survivor is truly an amazing thing. I know the girl will never read this comment, but I will still leave them this. Riley, being a 6 year+ cancer survivor is a blessing, I wish you the best of luck to whatever trials await you in the future. Never stop believing and I hope the best and more for you and the ones you care for. Good luck to whatever is in store for you, and live life to its fullest.

Valerie Collier it is very appreciated, Im sinply glad to know another person has beaten cancer and they are doing well. my aunt was diagnosed with cancer a few years back and she has made it through kimo treatment and has made a full recovery. I am glad to hear Riley is doing well and I wish happy days for the future.

I can imagine it is difficult for the actor to have a quick, appropriate, in-character reaction to the news of a kid being a cancer survivor. Props to him, he did a good job of making something up on the spot
