Well even there he's treated poorly by Megatron. Part of the reason for his defection to the Autobots is because he realizes Megatron doesn't care about him, and in his death he admits he only ever wanted to earn Megatron/Galvatron's respect and is now making peace with the fact that he never will.

Let us not forget that Starscream is WAY less backstabby in the Bay trilogy. We only see his more treacherous side outside of the movies and in the books and comics. In the first movie, Starscream is the one who freed Megatron and took responsibility for the loss of the Allspark. Here, we AGAIN see him taking responsibility for losing Sam. In the DoTM game, we get to see a bit of his treachery and sarcasm when the Decepticons were fending off an Autobot attack in their base, with a simple, "Apologies, my Lord." And he was the one responsible for bringing the Autobots to the base in the first place, though maybe, maybe not for good intentions or maybe he wants to give the Autobots an opportunity to kill Megs. Whatever, the point is, Starscream in this is the most loyal he has ever been. He may STILL be treacherous but he still followed orders to the best of his abilities.

@@kyled1673 Well that's one thing. But still let's not forget that he was doing it since ya know, the Fallen was still alive and needed a new army, and Starscream was making sure that happened. Let's also not forget that Megatron will find any and all excuses to kick Starscream's arse whenever he likes.

Starscream is probably the only transformer to easily lose a limb and easily just reattach it

Tigerkei Art not necessarily Megatron keeps Starscream as his second in command because he can be devious and useful But Stascreams a treacherous snake who always tries to usurp Megatron and become sole leader of the Decepticons You partly see this in the first movie when Starscream is being chased by human Raptor F22’s and fires missiles along with them into Megatron So Megatron kinda has a reason to beat him up abit to keep him in place lol

Of course it was abusive, they're fictional bad guys, naturally they're gonna treat each other like crap. It's part of the whole villain gang trope - the boss treats his minions like crap, and the minions try to knock off the boss and take over any chance they get. Plus in the original (G1) cartoon, Megatron often kicked the scrap out of Starscream, usually right after 'Scream tried to take over leadership of the 'Cons (and failed). Note how Starscream's arm is attached when trying to land but it falls off when hitting the ground, Jose.

Starscream trys to explain how many people they’re are Megatron: ShUt Up!

I admire the fact that Megatron mostly has spindly hands, which is why he can barely even form a fist when he's clutching within his ideals for Fallen's arrival

I love that "Sorry No" poor baby starscream reminds me of the little me when i piss off mom 😆

I never realised that Megatron literally told Starscream to shut up when he steps on him 😂

I almost feel sorry for my favorite decepticon known as starscream, always getting harshly punished by Megatron

The CGI in these movies are really good. They look better than the rushed Marvel and DC slop today.

I’m going to tell what happens as if it were a book because why not: “After being unable to capture Sam in the forest, Megatron and starscream went to a rooftop in Los Angeles. “Well that went well”, grumbled Megatron sarcastically. Starscream replied by saying “We uh, lost the boy master, the autobots must be shielding his signal”. Megatron had enough, and before starscream could react, he threw his right hand man to the ground then kicking him while growling in anger. “I can’t even rely on you to swat a single insect”. Starscream tried to justify by telling him that it was one insect out of 7 billion but it was no use, as his master disregarded the statement and told him to shut up before grinding starscream’s torso with his tracker feet. “He could be anywhere” starscream tried telling Megatron and the mighty leader of the deceptions responded with: “Then we will force them to find him for us. It’s time for the world to know of our presence. No more disguises, no mercy! The time has come for my master’s arrival!”

Listen I know this is a world with transforming robot aliens, but either Starscream hands are detachable and Optimus prime did not rip them out brutally when pulling on them, Oh this makes no sense

@@snxdes9535 tell that to crippled Megatron. That hand seem to regenerate faster than Megatron‘s head wound. Granted you can argue that was Cauterization so it didn’t get a chance to regenerate properly but still

You can barely hear Starscream say "Huh?" when he loses his arm.

It’s a wonder Starscream never went full G1 and turned on Megs in this universe. Because good *damn,* did he have every right to.
