Prime wants to have a peaceful resolution, Wind Blade is thinking about killing somebody and Megatron flat out states that he was going to kill Star Scream. Upon reaching the Council Prime and Rodimus speaks peaceful, Wind Blade is shit talking The Mistress, Megatron and Star Scream did the same only Star Scream got shot. After Star Scream lost his mind Megatron killed him with the help of Prime. Megatron and Star Scream have been at each other's throats more often than not.

Man, I would imagine that this is how Shredder and Baxter Stockman would react around each other. Shredder would hit or abuse Baxter meanwhile Stockman would plan against him for his treachery. Well at least the 2003 version of Baxter.

Watching this i suddenly came up with an idea. What if for one of the future settings the writers decided to subvert the "Megatron and Starscream hating each other" trope by making a Starscream the head of the Decepticons and Megatron as his darker alter-ego which constantly bullies and gains upper hand over Starscream, mentallly scarring him, making him beat himself and "getting control over him" in a particularly intense battles, suddenly "unlocking" more deadly combat skill and prowess. This may be a good base for both tragic and pure evil villian at once.
