I just want to know how confused the non six fans/theatre people were to see two actresses in the same costumes and similar hair styles 😂

This is how I always feel about when this happens in the UK. It completely kills the show vibe and is probably so confusing. It doesn’t need to happen. Say what you will about the US system but the equity requirement for alts to get the same costumes as principles makes for a more consistent product.

I've always loved the alts/swings having their own unique costumes and have never found it to affect the shows vibe at all. It probably was a little confusing 2 see identical swing costumes but it in no way detracted from their performance which was amazing. People enjoy asking at stage door about any differences they've seen.

@@jenniscott3627 I appreciate your thoughts on this, I just think for the average theater goer, who probably doesn’t know a lot about the show and isn’t going to go researching it, having 4 people in a variety of colors and designs and then 2 in a very similar black costume would be quite strange. I know it would distract me if I didn’t know because I would be trying to figure out why those 2 characters were wearing that and try to understand what I was missing the whole time. The other, colorful alt costumes aren’t really a big thing though.

@@junebug122333 Harriet is only here temporarily though so its not really a big deal, there's no point getting her a costume thats not identical to Meg's just for a month - having two silver costumes on at once doesn't typically happen

@@raantaaroI get it but there have been a lot of situations where similar things have happened. I wish they would give every super swing a slightly different variation (kind of like the light pink) just to create a wider variety of available costumes.

Hi. At the moment it looks like full cast with Hannah on for Parr (could be Meg or Natalie if Hannah needs a show off). Janiq is only one known to b on holiday and Kayleigh is usually on at the moment for matinee if there is a double show. But as the principles don't have scheduled days off now, it's difficult to know! Enjoy the show

What happened? How did Harriet need to come in? (It's fabulous, I just wanna know how!) :)

Harriet was a superswing for the UK tour. She is in the west end at the moment covering Natalie(current universal swing) who was already contracted to do panto.

They are begging for cash? Do they now know how expensive live musicals costs? They are over $100 in my country. Sorry, not sorry. I wouldn't donate extra!
