a TRIUMPHANT return from courtney, what an absolute star!

I love the way this show does covers. Their alternates and swings are celebrated as much as the principals and often get their own costumes. Productions trade cast members as necessary and previous cast members return to cover if they need to. And now Hana is going to Broadway even?! I love Courtney (and how the crowd went wild for her here) as well as EVERY Boleyn (every queen really, though I have a rather large soft spot for BoBo,) principal or alternate/swing/cover. I discovered this show 2 years ago and it has helped me get through a very rough time.

The moment after Maria on the drums and the return of the "Hey" followed by Courtney having to think about the moves change since she last performed and having to change but making fun of its stupidity. Honestly in histerics.

I adore the new cast so much but the “Need your love” harmony sounds so full again with Courtney’s voice. What a triumphant return

AND THE CROWD GOES WILD!

Is no one gonna talk about how Roxanne just slayed her Howard? Holy her voice is just AMAZING!

Her four performances were brilliant

The way Claudia and Courtney were acting with each other was the best! They were having so much fun together 😊

This feels like someone's dream cast megasix

The harmonies were spectacular today, especially Roxanne singing All you wanna do on Anne of Cleve's part. Catherine Parr's singing was flawless as well. Just love the rich volumes of this musical.

I've literally been praying for this day to come! I love Amanda as Boleyn, but Courtney will always be my favourite Bobo!!!

I don't know if I've seen Harriet as Cleves before, but it really shows that the Cleves she's worked with the most is Shaka. I've seen her more often in other roles, but I LOVE the Cleves energy she gives off!

@@totallyrealname1174 thats with alternates. When the alternates are on, it sounds amazing but with the primaries, it sounds off but the day they re opened after temporarily closing due to Omicron was their best “love” harmony. Ever since then its been on and off

It’s been almost 4 months with the new WE cast, and most of the time the “we don’t need your LOooVE” harmony is botched. Like someone tries to hit the high harmony, but misses. Is it Amanda? It sounds great here! Good on ‘em

imagine how meesha and claudia felt lucy: hey girls, 2/3 of the cast is out for the night, but don't you worry! we have the boleyn from the previous cast, two tour swings and your understudy claudia and meesha: well guess now we've had the full "six queen" experience

@@samuelking9343 in the show. Courtney confirmed on her instagram that she threw up twice backstage during the show & had to leave multiple times to catch her breath. This happened with the Legally Blonde revival so her body must’ve been massively tired from Legally Blonde rehearsals & then jump into SIX rehearsals with 2 hour notice to relearn a track & all its demandments is insane

This one show only as Amanda, Danielle & Esme are back so there is no need for Courtney. Courtney only came as 6 of the cast members weren’t available

Who is the Seymour I’ve seen everyone else in other videos but this is my first time seeing her, and tbh this was probably one of the best megasix that I’ve heard it just was so fun and when they introduced the band that was really exciting I’ve never seen anyone else say it like that when introducing Señorita Maria.

claudia kariuki! she was in the west end cast 2021-2022, and is in the current west end cast 2022-2023, and will most likely get replaced in october duiring the cast change.

Emergency Return as no one was available to cover Anne Boleyn since Amanda had a mandatory show day off and Danielle, Esme & Rachel feeling unwell, they had to bring back Courtney as Roxanne was needed for Howard as Tsemaye is out on vacation till Tuesday and Danielle is unwell so they had no Boleyn covers at all and so they asked Courtney Bowman to return just for tonight as Amy, Dionne & Tsemaye are due back on Tuesday

Cause Amanda had a mandatory show off & Danielle, Esme & Rachel are currently unwell and since Danielle is out and with Tsemaye out on Vacation, Roxanne needed to cover Howard as Natalie & Harriet were covering Aragon & Cleves. They needed a Boleyn cover and no one was available so they asked Courtney and she said yes

@@crystalmike17 Why would they throw paisley on a role she never even rehearsed?? 🤨🤨 plus seeing how they had to put Harriet on Cleves today and bring Dionne back yesterday even tho yesterday was supposed to be dionne’s day off and seeing how they brought Nat to cover Aragon, Paisley is probably feeling unwell as well

It was only that 1 time as 6 of the cast members were out hence why Harriet & Natalie Pilk from Tour is also there. They needed some coverage as Amy, Tsemaye, Esme, Rachel, Danielle & Paisley were out those 4 shows so they pulled Harriet & Nat from tour to west end to help cover and asked Courtney to return as Amanda had a mandatory show off & roxanne was needed for K Howard.

Why is their costume’s different to the originals

@@bobbybubby7977 yes, it is. It's just formatted differently, musical theatre isn't about sticking to the molds it's about expressing creativity utilizing the arts. It's about time there's some interesting developments, I'd watch six a thousand times over than sit through les mis. That's not even mentioning the ethos of six and the motivations of creating diverse roles for all women and enbys, that's the sort of representation and diversity the industry needs to strive for organically moving forward.
