The biggest proof for me of how much society has evolved is how Megan is treated today. I remember during the Transformers era, oh my god how mad I would get, everybody sexualized her and then got mad that she played the part and was actually sexy and beautiful. I really started liking her with Jennifer's Body and I'm so happy that the new generation (even with all the flaws of making even stupider people famous) is now appreciating and bringing back these female celebrities that were ahead of their time and treated so poorly before

I wouldn't give today too much praise. We still treat people terribly just like we did before but there are many with superiority complexes who love to preach about these older celebrities, treating them with more kindness or giving them more attention just makes them feel better about themselves. We tear people down and then we fan girl/boy over them - it's a cycle. Megan was loved then she was hated and now she's loved again, nothing has truly changed. Everyone is aware of what society does. Remember that it was only 2016 when Taylor Swift was dragged, people still attack Demi Lovato and their mental health and BTS face the same amount of racism as they would a decade ago.

I feel like people are confusing the past a little bit. Megan Fox was practically blacklisted from Hollywood after Spielberg had her fired from the Transformers gig. No one wanted to work with her after her comments on the director and Spielberg's reaction to it. However, I think if it were a man, Hollywood would let it slide, I do hope going forward she's treated MUCH more fairly.

@@lilqueenhustler I know (that’s what I why I mentioned the bs) “hard to work with” is usually just a term Hollywood uses when people don’t bow down or become slaves to the industry and dare speak out and stand up for themselves considering all the messed up things and abuse that take place. Michael Bay really treated her like garbage and the rest of the industry went along it and the media demonized her. That happens a lot- they ruin people’s lives.Lots of celebrities are known to be actual trouble but somehow someone always covers for them and it doesn’t reflect on their careers. That’s why they hook certain celebs on drugs, traumatize them and then have leverage over them- if they don’t go along with certain agenda they blow up their lives. Some don’t mind and go along with anything as long as they remain relevant, wealthy and successful. Unfortunately a lot are brainwashed and hypocrites. Its s different world. Good thing Megan Fox didn’t have to go through all of that self-destruction (like other young stars)and she seems to be happy has 3 children and she is still well in her prime(and radiant) She does seem to come across with a bit of an attitude but I genuinely I think that is rather her no bs personally and not an actual attitude.. Also Megan did say she had issues with authority when she was younger-can’t really blame her given how Hollywood tries to manipulate the very core of a person’s character. They definitely exploited the heck out of her back then. She also said she is way more tolerant now plus a lot has changed in a decade.After so much dark stuff coming to light in the industry - the culture is changing. Mind you imo it is still fucked up. Anyway There is lots of coverage of how “Hollywood owns Megan Fox a big apology”. And she has been booming recently, lots of press she did a movie last year ”Rogue”, and “Till Death” just came out also “Midnight in the Switchgrass”. She has other projects going on including few other movies coming in the next couple of years. Still in the future she would be great for upcoming season of AHS or another new dark themed show or dark comedy. Macaulay Culkin(another victim of the industry ) will be in season 10 of AHS.

@@karenwairimu hehe Yeah I know but no way tvd I loved Nina Dobrev for it she was the first Bulgarian-Canadian break out star and had a very particular innocence to her and plus was few years younger.(since it was a teen drama) Megan Fox would play better as a sassy vixen definitely would have played a great villain-y character that we would have a love/hate relationship with.Even in “the originals” she would have been great - which was awesome and characters were older and more evolved. I really loved that spin-off. Who knows new shows come out all the time 😄

I totally agree! I actually feel like Megan was trolled for so many things years ago which now-a-days is deemed as acceptable (or more acceptable...depending on how one may look at things). For starters, she used to get trolled for having too much filler and botox whereas now, there are many different people who have equally just as much, if not more and/or have terrible results. In my opinion, Megan has been ahead of times in many ways and I love her for it!

I can’t remember where I saw this, but she said that people had been asking for her Me Too stories and she said (I’m paraphrasing) “I did. When I spoke out back then about stuff on Transformers, people blacklisted me. It’s too hard for me to do that to myself again”. 😪 I remember this. She spoke out about her experiences with the director on Transformers and he absolutely trashed her in the media as being a sort of Lindsay Lohan-style liability and diva 😔 He said such dreadful things about her and it massively impacted her career. She was blacklisted for ages after that 😔 No wonder she’s scared to do it again. She was made the villain. It’s hard to risk that again. EDIT: there’s a bunch online if you Google it but here’s something relevant I found: “She explained how she was only 15 years old and a background actress. Despite her age, he dressed her in high heels and a bikini. She couldn’t sit at the bar in the scene because she was underage, but that didn’t stop Bay from making an equally inappropriate decision. “His solution to that problem was to then have me dancing underneath a waterfall getting soaking wet,” Fox said. “At 15, I was in 10th grade. That’s sort of a microcosm of how Bay’s mind works.”

@@TallulahFoxxx i remember she had said something before that was something like (paraphrasing), "you'll have these directors reach out to you and you think they wanna work with you but they just wanna fuck you." it was the first time i had even heard of the infamous casting couch. btw, kinda of change of subject, but you brought up Lindsay and it's just always been telling that her career ended with no second chances because she was a "liability" but RDJ was probably an even worse liability and he was granted the biggest second chance of a lifetime. just shows how deeply sexist/misogynistic Hollywood is. you'll always hear about these male actors who are hard to work with but keep getting roles but if an actress is deemed a bitch she gets blacklisted (a la Megan Fox).

After the documentary she (reluctantly) made, it was so obvious to me that she’s still a kid in her mind 😪 Her parents sold her to Hollywood and still continue to sell stories about her and manipulate her for their own gain. She got famous so young, she’s never lived a normal life. When everyone around you is giving you everything you want, it’s impossible not to get bratty. She never experienced normal life to GET the experience of learning to judge people’s character and assessing the danger of a situation 😔 Hollywood “Bad Boys” are in demand. Hollywood “bad girls” are blacklisted. Lindsay is what the industry made her, and they don’t want to take responsibility for it so they just stop hiring her. Completely random fact but my friend is friends with someone whose godfather is Christian Bale. According to them, his dickish persona is 100% real and he’s an asshole in real life 😂 But he still gets treated with respect in Hollywood. It’s such bullshit and such a double standard.

She has a long vertical despite her height. It's because she has a small head compared to her body/shoulders. Not breaking your vertical line will add height. Similar color top and bottoms, not breaking at the waist.
