They already tried to remake the series under the name Maverick hunter x with animation, VA even English VA, and 3D side scrolling game, but the poor sales of the first installment Marieck Hunter X halted the project.

Shouldn't that be a zero thing tho? Idk,I feel like I always saw zero as the older brother guiding x trough the fight and taking the harder parts as much as he can and in the games he gives x a thumbs up as "you're pretty good"

megaman x3 may not be one of the best in the saga but it possibly has one of the best intros in the franchise to date

MMX3 es el peor de la trilogia original de la SNES y la musica no es tan memorable como la de los juegos anteriores Eso si la intro es buena sobretodo en el port para PS1/Sega Saturn. Sobretodo esa increible banda sonora de esos ports. El tema del Intro Stage en esas versiones es hermosa 🎵

the X3 intro stage is pure feelings!

One thing that setted the x3 intro stage for me as one if the best, is the fact that were not on our way to an assault mission or seizing an enemy base, we are return to our base that is being masscrated by mavericks and the ties only change once Zero and X arrive

This goes harder than any other animation I've seen of Mega Man X

I'll never forget how I felt when I saw the opening stage of Megaman X3 for the first time. Maverick Hunter HQ under attack, a swarm of Irregular gunships filling the sky and descending on the last bastion of defense against the Maverick horde. All hope seemed lost. Then those ships started going down one by one, making you wonder if Maverick Hunter HQ's defenses were getting more accurate at shooting them down. Then you see X and Zero leap onto one of the gunships. X starts blasting, and Zero finishes the job with a slash. And that's how you establish that you're playing a pair of legends.

THIS is the best video/intro I have ever seen for Megaman X3. This should have been in that Rockman X3 PSX version with the anime cut scenes. The would have fit in nicely. 10/10
