@ sofa kingtight Dave Mustaine and Jr. have a brotherly love . I know both of them, and don`t be a dumb-ass and believe half of the B.S. that you hear about Mustaine. Dave treats him like a little brother, and is super protective of Jr. Both of them are great dudes, and I miss them, since it has been a while since we have spoken.

@@gregorymacdonnell7914 I know both of them too and Dave steps all over Jr. most chances he gets. Both creatively and socially Jr is 'muted'. Above comments are not wrong. Jr. is a saint and that has afforded the two personalities to co-exist. Jr. rarely gets opportunities like this (to stand as a member of the band on a larger forum and represent solo) and believe it or not, this exact interview caused friction between both (mainly due to the lawsuit question). I'd agree Mustaine is not a dick (now) as he has mellowed out, is very intelligent and way nicer than his younger-self. BUT the "B.S." as you call it is mainly based on past experiences of a younger Mustaine and almost 100% accurate. I'm not knocking the guy, he is more talented than anyone else in the thrash business (IMO, he invented it for Metallica and others) but people are who they are and Mustaine earned that rep. I think even he (if being honest) wouldn't contend that statement. He'd phrase it differently though, something along the lines of, "I've matured a lot" or "I am a very different person now" (sans drugs & alcohol). Just saying...if you knew them like you claim...you'd give a more honest response. #putonnotice

@IndianSnake55 So what if even she was underage? Rock musicians have hooked up with underage girls since rock began - Jerry Les Lewis married his 13 year-old cousin, Chuck Berry got arrested for taking a 16 year-old girl across a state line, and Jimmu Page was dating a 14 year-old model when he was 26.

@IndianSnake55 Why? The government decides who's a minor and who isn't - are you an obedient sheep-minded fool who thinks that whatever the American government decides is right just because they're the government? The government decided that slavery should be legal - was that right? And that alcohol should be illegal during Prohibition times - was that right? And that marijuana should be illegal, which resulted in hundreds of thousands of people being put in prison for years just for marijuana sales and even possession of a certain amount? The American government has made a lot of bad decisions when it comes to laws (and other things) throughout the years, so I certainly don't see them as The Grand Arbiter Of Sexual Morality.

@IndianSnake55 Personal insults in lieu of facts and logic invalidate whatever point you're trying to make and prove that it was a weak point to begin with? And 20? LOL It should be 16 like it is in the majority of countries around the world. Jesus, the new American generation wants to treat teenagers like little kids and stunt their emotional development so that it takes them longer and longer to become mature and responsible. In the early 1900's, young adults used to get married at 16 - now they they live at home until they're 25 or older. And I know this for a fact - I worked at a bakery before the pandemic and three of the employees there who were in their early-to-late still lived at home with their parents even though they made enough money to afford their own places.
