Beautiful day for travelling on the bus. I often feel that the month of May brings out the best in the British countryside and scenery. I think perhaps you should do some more bus journeys in Wales. As it's a very beautiful part of the UK and you haven't really covered much of Wales as yet.

I was impressed by Cardiff's clean streets and bright green foliage on the trees.

I studied in UWIST during the 1980's. Bring back lots of memory.

I second that. He positions himself and his camera very well. His quality of picture can't really be faulted. The information he provides such as the names of certain bus stops are short and concise. But he also shows a great level of consistency.

So, I when watched this, I muted this and played Spotify, and as the bus started to drive up the M4 out of Greater Bristol, Spotify decided to play "Solsbury Hill" by Peter Gabriel. Somewhat appropriate hey.......

I'm still trying to work out what the driver was saying across the microphone and speakers as he pulled up in Bristol. Very distorted and garbled, however I imagine that he was simply informing passengers that they were about to arrive at their alloted stop for Bristol so that anyone who was looking to get off could do so.

We keep catching up with the yellow Eagle of Bristol bus again.

They totally rebuilt the old UC Cardiff student Union Building.

See all those double-deckers on the 040? That is the National Express service from Bristol to London.

Diverting via Bristol adds 35 minutes to the journey. Do they factor in the queueing in traffic in the schedule?

Let's all laugh at the irony of the sign at1:10:05

It doesn't half seem to squeak and rattle that one, typical of modern buses and coaches. And does anyone have a clue what the driver's saying on the mic 🎤 ?

Flixbus in lane 3? (3:10:10) 😒 And then (3:11:10) he swerves into the inside lane, obliging the car to brake, and then overtakes the car in lane 2 on the inside 🤫 And then (3:11:40) he decides to swerve back into lane 2, thus time cutting in front of the white van. It's a white knuckle ride on Flixbus!

The driver is not very good. He doesn't drive confidently. You can tell from the start. Besides his problems with the lanes, at 0:40 you can see how he struggles to get the bus out of the station despite having plenty of room to maneuver, and also causing the bus to lurch. I don't know if he's a novice driver or what, but that's a bad sign. I drive buses every day and I used to do those things on my first days of driving school, but that's not acceptable for a professional.

Someone has left their mattress out for collection.

And1:17:20is a rubbish designed junction. Buses have to wait while all the cars come streaming past. A strange idea of bus priorities

@@michaelgeorge5605 as a recently retired Megabus driver, i can guarantee that no Megabus coach can exceed its restricted limit which is 100k, translated to mph it 62mph. This is why i question your speed accuracy.

Megabus is awful. I don't ride this anymore, because of seat feel very uncomfortable, strange smelly inside the coach... I'm gotta felt sick after that! No way to take that anymore... Is real shane the way is too cheap! 👎
