So how'd you take the harness out of the 8" without ruining it? Any tips? And nice content dude!

I cut it from throat area to the hook holder. You’ll have to cut deep and once the wires exposed, then you can just rip it out through the belly. I seal it back up with 316 glue. It might seem like you’re wrecking the beat at first, but it seals back up really nice. Thanks for watching and thanks for the compliment!

Good video, that’s a big boy bait. Why did you say they only make 6” if you then mentioned 8”? Also what’s the reason for removing the original hook it comes with?

Hey thx for watching! They only make the freestyle in a 6”. The 8” coming with a wire harness inside with a treble hook attached to the bottom. This lake is super weedy so taking that wire harness out and resealing it up then rigging it on a 12/0 owner weighted beast hook I can fish it through anything!!

@@NorthernStrainStyle actually never mind I just looked up my area and it’s largemouth bass. I’ll have to give this bait a shot once I start trying out fishing!
