You can one or many children. Time is the most important gift to give a child. Quiet, mundane times; such as reading to your child, or just watching a silly show, or playing a game are the most special times. Some of the big things will be remembered, but the love is cultivated in simple things, the day to day things. The love cultivated in ordinary times.

I love to watch her big family! I only had four children and I miss those moments when we would all baked together. She reminds me of me staying up into the night hours getting things done for the next day. And back then I only drink tea now I do coffee as well

Saw the pop tart idea on Acre Homestead. I thought it was a fantastic idea. As a women of 80 I must admit I have never had a pop tart or did I buy them for my children due to my financial situation. Saying that i saw Becky’s mom have those pseudo gingerbread houses to create at thanksgiving was a perfect thing to occupy kids. Jamerill I watched your life story in tears of being able to relate. I am much older than you, but had a very similar family situation. I admire how you and Travis have succeeded. I admire you so much and understand your devotion to your children. Blessings to you

Hey, that is so fun and what a great idea. We’ve been doing the gram cracker houses for about 10 years or so. We usually make about 75 to 100 for one of our big homeschool group parties. We added in these pop tart houses about three or four years ago. It was such a fun idea I think I originally saw it on Pinterest. Got a love easy things that can make big fun memories for the kiddos ❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗

I adore how you listen to your body and give yourself grace to go to bed when you need to….I’ve noticed over the years of your videos the “sliding scale” for your energy has been important to you and you do your best to honor your body. It’s just about as inspiring as the freezer cooking lol.

I don’t know how you do this. However information only, I DID do this. I had four kiddos, and a 10 house daycare that ran 7 days a week. I don’t know how I did it, I’m 70 now, but I still hear from these kids…. 30 years later! Blessings!! Happy New Year!!!

Good afternoon from Canada! This is my cookie trick that I do I make big batches of cookies and then I put them on wax paper and shape 1:36 them into logs and freeze them and when I want cookies I’ll just slice them off and bake them. That way if I don’t feel like staying in the kitchen a long time but I need cookies. I can have them ready in no time. I love your videos.

Anyone panicking about the dry/wet cup measure don't worry they are the same volume. It's just that wet cups have a measure line just below the edge so you don't have to fill to the tippy top and risk spillage and some have an easy pour lip too. If your measuring cups have this line just inside the lip don't worry it's such a small volume is won't ruin your ratios. So going to make these cookies🥰 Merry Christmas 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

I also constructed my pop tart houses night before which highly recommend. I also used canned icing and added more conf. Sugar to it and works great. Used two cheap 99 cent cans of white icing.

Our elementary school does mini empty milk or oj cartons and graham crackers. Frosting is the glue to piece together. Decorate with lots of fun candy/sprinkles.
