Alolan forms are made based on the environment or habitat a pokemon is in since it might need change. Vulpix moved to an ice mountain, so obviously keeping fire would have caused issues, so instead they evolved an ice type. The Charmander line may have been any type depending on their surroundings.

The idea is amazing, instead of making new ridiculous pokemon they should just do that :O

I don't think it's right to criticize others' work too much, but there are two things that I think can be constructive. In most electric-type drawings, you drew straight lightning bolts in the belly, ignoring the curvature of the body. The end result was a little strange. In the Mega Charizard X of Rock type, you kept the blue flames coming out of his mouth from the original design. They were a little out of place in the group. It would be better if you had removed them, or inspired the changes in volcanic elements to keep them without looking out of context.
