The proper term for that area is a porch not a balcony. Balcony’s are elevated from the ground. Do you know the difference between a car port and a garage is a structure that holds a vehicle. If your showing homes or selling them as a realtor and don’t know the property terms for areas in a home, shows you are not very knowledgeable. I sure wouldn’t have you sell me a home or show it.
