This song hit me smack in the feels the other day. Last time I heard this song was freshman year of highschool. Times where good then I was so excited for my future. I would go over to my freinds house after school and play video games with not a care in the world.in my eyes the whole becoming an adult thing was so new and fun. Now flash forward 8 years I’m a sgt in the army. My soldiers look to me like I’m supposed to have the answer to everything my soon to be wife looks to me for answers. I’m 22 years old and looking back at it I feel like I didn’t have enough time to just be a kid.
