    It's good that you have a nutrition coach. IM working with clients as well. Having to change their mindset around food which they are doing really well worth it now. You will learn absolutely loads from this coach.

    Your nutrition coach sounds like a winner. i like the social tips. I eat out a lot as well and look for better options. I totally forgot after walking after meals. I may start walking after dinner again 💕

    This was great! Yes please do continue to share summaries of your sessions. I felt like a lot of these tips/strategies are things we know, but won't put into practice because they don't seem "big enough" for those of us that want results right this minute. Clearly they will add up over time if we are consistent and patient. Easier said than done...

    Yep. You can eat out it’s just making choices. Breakfast is a great time for total control! Snackercise after you eat!!!!! No late night eating. Also improves your sleep! Reduce stress! Big one. Hunger scale, yes, I suck at decisions when hungry!
