She seems cool on camera, but apparently it's all an act. If you are a pop or hit-hop superstar or someone especially important then she actually shows you a reasonable level of respect and courtesy. But if you're just an average Joe on the street, or a fan, or anyone who isn't "important enough" to be considered high-status in her book, then you just aren't worthy of her respect or courtesy.
