That guy was the ultimate "Babe", with a humble and sweet personality to match. RIP!!

I met him around this exact week in Connecticut..he was a host of the KC101 RADIO HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY. I had the honor if meeting him through a cousin of his that lived in NY that was there. I was able to chat for a few minutes and get a few autographs. He was the kindest..nicest celebrity I ever met. A great guy. He is terribly missed. Such a talent.

My sister and I saw David in 72 at the coliseum when we were little kids and my sister was so in love with him. When we heard he was at the sunvet mall we had to go. She had him sign her Partridge family album, she was so happy to see him up close. I remember he was very sweet, and small, lol. But so adorable still and my sister was just happy. A great memory,

IM 63 YRS OLD NOW I REMEMBER THAT CONCERT SECTION 208 WITH MOM SISTER AND HER FRIEND MY FIRST CONCERT WITH ALL THE SCREAMING AND NOISE I ACTUALLY THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK AT 15 YRS OLD.MY HEART WAS POUNDING.JUNE 10 1972. NASSAU COLISEUM.NEXT I TOOK MY MOM TO SEE HIM AT THE WESTBURY MUSIC FAIR 2001 HAD THE CHANCE TO SHAKE HIS HAND THANKS DAVID THANK YOU.I LIVED NEAR WBLI FM I DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT THIS CAUSE I WAS WORKING MY BUTT OFF.I WOULD OF BEEN THERE.

That smile at 5:02 .......so nice to see this & relive a time where David was healthy, happy & thrilled to be back in action. Now, he'll hold concerts in heaven for the lucky angels who get to enjoy him.

I never met David. So I can't even imagine. I know I would most likely lose control.

I knew him when he lived in Fort Lauderdale . A few years before he left us. He lived to talk and when i first met him i acted like i did not know who was.When though Hello.he was a poster in my room. I eventually told him but i am glad he was just a fellow human talking to another...He was funny Deep very sarcastic sinacole that's how we bonded. Here's the great irony. Him and my son died at the same time in the same Hospital. It is impossible for me to think of my son without thinking of David. My friend and my son both gone too soon.My son was only 20.God Bless everyone....

Though I have loved this man most of my life and have always thought him to be one of the most beautiful men I have ever seen, I have a real hard time believing that he is 40 years old in this video. Maybe 30, (looks more like 25) but 40, really? God I wish I looked that good at 40.

@@gaysy1st It's a look to make your jeans look like they've been washed a thousand times. In the early 80s, dark jeans were in. I used to get my designer jeans dry cleaned because I didn't want the color to fade. Then by the late 80s, early 90s, faded jeans (acid wash) was the look everyone wanted.
