$60 for a rare print and two awesome signatures? All 3 for just $60? I could possibly see $60 for just the print or a single signature, but for all three? That is extremely awesome. THAT was your steal of the day. 👍🏻

I agree, when they told me the price I couldn’t pay quick enough!
I don’t know if you could have had a better show. Fantastic books, that print was an absolute steal. So happy for you man. Terrificon 2024, here I come!

I’ll see you there!
I'm glad you got to meet your idol! Meeting Chris Clarmont feels like a season finale for your first year on KZread. I would have loved to meet Michael Biehn!

@@lunchmoneycomics Congrats on the "key" milestone! Looking forward to season 2 🙌
Glad you got to meet your comic heros at this con that’s awesome mike
Droppin a comment before the watch just bc we know it’s gonna be 🔥
I worked that con in 2018 and it was a blast. Met Jason Mewes, John Wesley Shipp when we interviewed them for Mitch and Rob. It’s grown so much over the years.
Wow this is absolutely the convention i need to go to. So many legendary comic creators, im so jealous. So awesome you got to meet all those legends!
I'm so bummed I missed Arthur Adams. He's the reason I got back into collecting in 2022. His covers on the last ASM series hooked me.
I live in The UK and we used to have a annual comic Con in London , which had lots of great artists and writers, unfortunately it no longer occurs. I know what you mean about the lines, queued for over an hour to meet Neal Adams, but was so worth it. Also got a Thing head sketch by George Perez at my first con for £10, which was a great bargain and I love it . RIP to them both. Would love to attend Terrificon looks amazing
Good Evening Michael i neglected to say how great it was to see true living legends of the world of comics, whose work created so many familiar and loved comics. Power on Cheers Once more Al
Great footage. So glad that you got to meet those legends. I love that X-Men print that you had Chris Claremont & Arthur Adams signed.I was in the same boat as you when it comes to the Classic X-Men series. I got into the X-Men in the early 90s & wanted to read the older issues from the 70s-80s, so I read the Classic X-Men series. Sure they weren't the original issues, but I don't care. Congrats again on all the books & signatures you got at Terrificon.
Love that Nightcrawler shirt! He's my favorite x-man as well. That is awesome you were able to get those legendary signatures.
I'm glad you had a great time! Chris Claremont was my comic book hero back in the 80's because of XMen :)
That's awesome Mike that you met Claremont and got him to sign the heroes book
Right on!! Great Great video. 😊 That print with BOTH signatures was a no brainer. Congratulations on that and everything else you bought and enjoyed during the Con. I'm Jelly. 🤣🤪👍😁
$60 for that print and 2 Signature is a STEAL! Especially from 2 Comics Legends. Congrats
Awesome photo with Mr.Claremont ....also a favorite writer for me too ! I also have the heroes for hope book 👍😎
Got to meet Chris this weekend at the fan expo in Chicago!
I don’t know what you paid to get in but you got your money’s worth. Glad you were able to get multiple signings for the “Heroes for Hope” book. Herculean effort especially when you see how long the lines are. I’ve gone to many shows where it chewed up my whole time! Congrats my friend!
A few years ago, I had a great conversation with Chris! It was before the doors opened at a local show. I was helping Mike Zeck and John Beatty at their table. Something drew Chris to me and we talked like we had known each other for years! So, the doors were getting ready to open and we said our good-byes and he goes and introduces himself. I said, oh, I know who you are! LOL! Great guy! But, like a bunch of people I have met, never got him to sign anything. But, I have had some great conversations with tons of famous people!

Great story! The conversations and memories are worth more than the signatures anyways.
Awesome video!!! The X-men print is fantastic!! I love the 80’s and 90’s x-men! The Chris Claremont run is definitely the best run of all time.
Terrificon looks fantastic, thanks for sharing Mike. I don't know how you could do it in 1 day, but kudos to your tenacity in meeting & getting signatures from your heroes. Nice pick ups & congrats on that beautiful print!
Monday mornings are now my favorites getting a nice cup of coffee and watching the new LMC!
Walt’s signature is a dinosaur that’s why it’s so different! Video was so cool! I’m living thru your videos because I can’t get to cons! Thank you!
Chris and Mike. Two legends!

Haha I appreciate that but I should not be mentioned in the same breath as that man!
Very cool con footage. It's super awesome to be able to meet those people. I think the biggest con down my way is the Dallas FAN Expo, but the big one is Austin isn't too far away. That Strange Adventures books is very sharp and presents well.
I found Heroes for Hope 1 in a dollar bin, I just liked the cover. This is like 3rd video I have seen you feature it now it is one of my favorites. Such a cool story.
My favorite segment was "Fantastic Four....Great Fantastic Four."
Awesome getting all those autographs. Looked a fun day. I especially liked the Lost in Space display (I’m such a fan). Great video!
Love Terrificon. I was there all day Friday and the lines were relatively short and you could actual shop for comics. When I see footage of Saturday, it doesn't even seem like the same con.
Great video and footage. The print with the Claremont and Smith signature is definitely the best deal for the price. $60 including the signatures is unheard of. Love the channel and content!
Another great video. I like to get autographs from my favorite artists and writers. I got signatures from Neal Adams, Stan Lee, Scott Synder, Greg Capullo, and few others. The inner child in me screams when I meet them.
That looked like an intense session of conventioning Mike but the length of the queues and the regular capping of lines ("Come back after lunch") would make me give up on the signatures and just go for the comics. Congratulations on your tenacity, it was certainly rewarded with some great autographs and a beautiful X-Men print. Marvel's Heroes For Hope and DC's Heroes Against Hunger were both conceived by Jim Starlin and Bernie Wrightson, who also contributed to both books. I loved the new FF in #348 and 349, I thought it was a very different but still effective team. For me the X-Men issue is the pick, I'm a huge Barry Windsor-Smith fan and he just edges out Neal Adams.
Great you got to meet Chris and the print is awesome. Con look great to. Never been to anything like that here in the UK
Wow, I could not have done that. I'm not an autograph person, so if I'm spending $50-60 to walk in the door and I'm only there for 1 day and there are that many comic book dealers in a hall of that size, I could not bring myself to stand in any line for a signature. But that's just me. Super glad that you were able to get the signatures that you wanted! Congrats! Looks like an amazing con!
Hell yeah. Met your idol and the rest was just happy hunting. 👍👍on the deadman adams goodness
I pretty much went for sigs, of course that didn't happen 😂. I didn't wait in line though. 3rd party got me Claremont, Adams, Frenz, Starlin, Simonson and Rubinstein on my books.
Awesome pick ups, Mike! I was there all three days and had a blast. It was great seeing you again.

Great seeing you too! Definitely a multi day event for me next year.
I love Terrificon and it was great meeting you briefly at the 3 Men booth. Very nice pick ups too. That Deadman cover is very cool and you got it at a great price. Congrats
I get so much joy watching go to all these place. I get to travel vicariously through you. Thank you so much for taking us on this journey!!! Love those Classic X-Men comics myself and that was how I was introduced to Claremont/Byrne X-Men!!! Do you have some celebrity experiences there? Did a lot of people want to meet Mike from Lunch Money Comics?
I went to that convention too. Mitch always puts on a great show.
Dude. You had a blast! Hell I'd have a blast 🤣😉 but seriously heck yeah I have star slammers autographed by Walter. Yeah that was a pretty big show, shoot just by the footage, understanding you could have filmed all day, pretty big con. Man you definitely did meet a lot of folks that's for sure. Louise Simonson oh yeah she is damn good in my opinion. Art Adams love Art Adams! 💯 Grey Hulk, Ghost Rider Wolverine and Spiderman. Nuff Said.
Love it Bro! I love that you bring the collector/fanboy element into your videos. I’m in the same age bracket as you and you are into all the same things I am and was as a kid. Wishing you continued success!
That is an awesome comic. I love getting items signed. It looks so much better with more signatures
Back in the day Arthur Adams doing commission work at comic book conventions.
I’m from the Carolinas, but flew up last year and had an incredible time! My go to con is of course Heroes Con in Charlotte, but this is a close second. I will definitely be back next year in August. Another great video. Thank you for all the awesome content.
Thanks for posting this video! I wanted to go to this Con but we decided to move so I had to get ready for that. It looks like an amazing time.
I can’t get over what a steal that print was with two signatures by two legends. Amazing 👌
Love that long shot cover, gotta track one down
With school starting I would just like to simply say as an English teacher thank you so much for getting me back into comics❤️
Great video! I went Friday and Saturday so thankfully I used Friday to get all of my signatures that I wanted, and that left Saturday to scope out books and I bought a ton. It was such a great con, Arthur Adams was super nice and I actually had him sign the same FF book that you did. Howard Mackie signed my Ghost Rider 1 and he was really nice as well, I also had Javier Saltares sign that one. I’ll definitely be going to Terrificon next year!
Such a great event
Great stuff Mike! Those cons can be a beating what with all the people and lines. 😉 You got some great books and sigs. I especially love the X-men print. Thats been a favorite Art Adams image of mine since i first picked it up off the shelf (way back when). I hope AA and that print makes their way to Dallas someday.
This was one of your best videos. Love the convention scene. Great pick ups as always!
Great to see you meet Chris, I would be all super fanboy on him. (Haha) Anyway great vid and great shores. Keep them coming!
Great vid as always!! The art print is so cool and the fact that you get both signatures is a no brainer lol
So cool to see u meet Chris Claremont, I'm hoping to meet the Toddfather one day at a con. Def wanna check this one out since I'm in VT, hopefully next year. Thx for the vid!
Superb as always, been upping my own collecting since starting to watch LMC! Only wish that I could someday visit some Con in your neck of the woods 😄
Hey Mike, I hope you can make it to Plastic City Comic con in Fitchburg this Saturday. I'll be set up near the Tardis and hope to see you there. Love the channel

I would love to go but unfortunately we have family stuff all weekend. If I do make it out it would be right at the beginning and not for very long, we’ll see
I apologize, that was a lot to take in as a viewer I mean wow. Now I will be pumped or am pumped for the blue water fantasticon in November.. 😉 there's really only 3-4 different places that have comics the antique stores etc where I live and to be honest it's not a bad one day show.
That print is pretty sweet 👍
Holy man! Loving the Long form vids. Please keep these coming!

You made my day Mike❤ Wonderful video! I just love your enthusiasm and your philosophy. THANK YOU 🙏🏻 ❤
Nice pickups, Mike. Good job.
Wow!!! That looks like a awesome comicon. So happy for you that you were able to get a lot more signatures on the comic book plus that one-of-a-kind print with the two autographs. That’s an amazing deal. I just went to two comicon’s back to back the last two weekends. One in my home state of Virginia, and the other one in Pennsylvania. One of the things that I love to do is meet the actors from TV shows and movies and get their autographs, but also meet some of the comic book legends as well. I got to meet the legendary Jim Steranko this past weekend and listen to him. Tell one heck of a story. Lol 😂. Keep up the great work!!! 😎

Steranko is a legendary story teller!
This vid is definitely getting me to consider making the trip next year. Looks like a great time.
Hee Mike, nice footage as always. I never waited in line for autographs, except for Mike Mignola once who made a nice 10 second Hellboy sketch and for David Mack (one of my absolute favourite artists) but that was 30 years ago. I was always hunting for comic books then, since I come from The Netherlands and in the 90 s I went to Chicago a few times for my hobby and bought the world on (mostly silver age) comics then and I never regretted it. I am an artist guy only and collect as much as I can from the 2 abovementioned, also Kirby, Jim and Jae Lee, Brereton, J S Campbell, Colan, Romita, Dell Otto, Frank Miller, way to many artists I see while I am typing this. I had this plan of downsizing my collection and it is very hard..
Awesome signs
Dude, started following your channel today, saw your Terrificon video so figured I’d watch. About a minute in my daughter, wife and I make an appearance (big guy in a blue t shirt)!

Hi Mike. Just to let you know that one of your recent videos has inspired me to start my own comics channel and I’ve referenced you in my first ever video in how I found a Batman Adventures 12 in the wild for the equivalent of just $3. Thanks

That’s awesome, I’ll be sure to check it out!
You hve so many comics in your collection and so many antiques and books, you can probably sell half of your collection for at least a low grade X-Men # 1 that costs 2 thousand-3 thousand dollars!

Totally true, just gotta find the right person!
Good evening Michael I agree with Brandon, I think it was a superb show, I am going to have to watch again and most likely again, I need to complete it the first time, time where does it go. Thank you for herculean effort for we your hungry demanding fans. Would have loved to have been there. A gold star please for Lunch Money Comics Cheers Al The Goldkeyfourcolorkisownunda
Very nice 👌
What a great show Mike, and how good was it getting those 2 legendary signatures on that print
Glad you had a really good time brother and I really enjoyed watching it too.
So happy for you getting to meet some of your idols! Well done!❤
That’s crazy I live in CT and just started to get back into comic books this year. I wish I went to the event! Next year I’m buying my ticket.
Awesome mike
That was cool that you got to meet so many artist and get stuff signed and the signed X-Men book is awesome but you said you gotta make room to put new books up but I hope you plan on leaving ur Giant Size X-Men#1,Hulk#181,TMNT#1AMS#50 on your back wall and prob wouldn' t hurt to move so stuff around and put all ur big book in the center just a thought but anyways that looked like a great time and i hope you het more signatures on ur x- men book.
Great recap!!!!!
love the print....one of my all time fave groups of xmen as well
This is awesome!!!
It awesome to meet your comic hero’s. I have a comic signed by Stan Lee and todd McFarland I don’t even think that I had to pay also with a picture with Stan when I was 12 just found the picture. I’m going to get it framed 🎉
It was a great show. Love Terrificon! You are getting your name out there. I subscribed because you told me about it in the Walt Simonson line. (I held your stuff when you had him sign) Keep doing your thing man. Great channel, great content.
You know Josh? I love Josh. Great seller.

I was thinking well this sounds boring. Watch mike wait in line. Was I ever wrong. It was a great video

Thank you… the lines are less boring when I can simply edit them out!
Love Terrificon. In past years, I went Friday and/or Saturday, but this year, I went on Sunday and it wasn’t nearly as packed. Still busy but not as packed as your footage showed. Great video.
Happy for you. Looks like you had fun, regardless of the lines...
🤘👍🔥❤ Awesome video brother 🤘 Appreciate all your efforts to get these vids out to us all ❤👍
I’ve been to Mohegan Sun twice but over 6 years ago! Looked very cool. I think sometimes the celebs don’t give you much, they just seem tired of dealing with fans, which would crush me. Don’t meet your heroes they say, hope you didn’t feel that way Mike.

I definitely didn't feel that way, he was an incredibly gracious and kind man!
Great stuff, I loved the Chris C interaction!
I really enjoyed this one, great video
I almost bought that signed Batman 251 but found a higher grade not signed one. I have a 227 and a 232 signed by Neal already.
Swamp Thing is such a popular book. Why you not have a banger issue on your wall there? Or is there one or two there somewhere? Nice show you went to, felt like part of the crowd watching the video. 📚 💯 ✍️ 🍱 🧃 💸

You know Mike, if you can sell half of your collection, I mean ya have multiple copies of the same comics, you can probably buy yourself a low grade X-Men # 1!!!!!!!!!! I just saw they're selling them for 2,000-2,500 bucks on the internet! It's low grade, but I love low grade comics coz they have character! I love it if silver age comics show signs of aging!
