I read all the comments and the attitude was basically, "How can a government treat its people so brutally that when it returns after 20 years its people are so desperate to escape it that they hang on to the wheels airplanes?" The leaders of the NU have met with Taliban leaders through the years and their message has consistently been, "You know you really should try to be more inclusive and treat all your citizens equally. Then there will be far less fighting and you can focus on the economy and prosper. After all you only have about 9 ethnic groups and a population of about 38 million.
