Guy spoke a lot of nonsense, could he have stuck to his mother tongue maybe his “speech “ could have landed. He likes to listen to himself talk, he likes himself way too much to make space for his crushee to love him, it’s all me, me, me. Sometimes it’s ok to shove English on to the side especially if you really want to get your points across otherwise you’ll look like a complete idiot. If I was the girl I’d have zoned out from the moment he started speaking, the attraction would have disappeared. Some people it’s nice to be attracted to from a distance cause once they speak they destroy the physical attraction.
