Inflection based on subject matter and mood means so much. A sentence with the exact same words can have very different meanings. Only when she does it trying to imitate the tik tok one does it sound weird and robotic. Her regular speaking voice has the normal inflections. Subtle difference but it means so much.

I am actually one of those people who hates the voice, but it has nothing to do with her. It has everything to do with the fact that whoever is using it really thinks they’re doin’ something, and most of the time it’s not funny or cool. She seems really nice and I really enjoy her voice when she’s just speaking naturally! 😂

I live here in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and love listening to 91.5 the beat. She is the DJ for the radio station and she is very well known in our community. I have met her and she has visited my high school and many other schools a few years back and has done live radio broadcasts. She is a great person and I’m happy for her. I knew I recognized that voice!

Hearing her voice at work non stop from other people’s phones helped me go insane.., along with the annoying songs TikTok has.

Hearing her like this, like without any pauses or mismatched pitch etc. is just to trippy for the mind😵

this makes me feel less weird about the tiktok voice knowing its an actual lady who seems cool

Part of that is the machines fault, like how siri can't pronounce a lot of things correctly and does so very stiffly

@@himaririku5289 Not a DJ. Just someone who worked at the local hospital who who gave the "Hospital Report" every morning on the radio. I would call in the station to give the daily summery of how many patients were treated and released in the ER, how many babies were delivered, how many were admitted overnight. Ect... This was back in the early 90's and they would broadcast it with the local news 3 times a day. And I cringed everytime I would hear myself come on.
