I’m actually building my brand company right now (early solopreneurship phase) and this video is really heartwarming to see how such a team can thrive in such a setting. It’s wanting me to take my chances to hire people I know and believe can make an impact in the world. Idk how this is gonna go or how it’ll end up…but I’m willing to take a chance and “hire” you (not now…but in the future) and be part of the next big thing in thought leadership, that is, if you’re down. 🙂🌆

I have said it once and I’ll say it a million times more…. People don’t quit the job, they quit the boss!!!! Make yourself an un-quitable boss!!! Easier said than done. But this video is definitely how to do it!

Dang. I know it's a remote company mostly, but I'd move to Vegas to work with in this company.

I worked for two companies with this structure capability, but they weren’t cognizant and aware enough to make it last. I LOVE this type of leadership. I love the focus on empowering the individuals to empower the company. That’s when your paycheck is your least valued form of compensation.

I love the environment you've cultivated. I am always cheering you on and you never disappoint on how real, kind and genuine you two are.

I think so too. I feel like the Hormozi's might just be able to change the world by example and sharing what and how they do it. They're doing everything right and people are hungry to learn and apply everything they have to teach.

Love seeing the behind-the-scenes of a high performing company in 2023. It’s so opposed to what I learned growing up about how high performing companies work. These days, collaboration and support seem to far outweigh competition and elbowing your way to the top. I’m glad the world is a less scary place than what my teenage self grew up believing.

I run a remote team across multiple sites. I have a debrief friday get together over zoom the company pays for afternoon snacks and we just chill out for 20-30 minutes and have a bitch session about patients issues whatever to build team and culture. It's very tricky to do remotely but it's possible

How do you build a culture of encouragement and not punishment, but still tell people that they are not doing the job? Could you make a video of how do you give a negative feedback step by step to one of your team members lets say Caleb or your Exec assistant, that you obviously love a lot and don’t want to upset or ruin your relationship with or cause tension
