I can not understand why "Blacks" need specific treatment for "Blacks". Are "Blacks" so different from everyone else? Do "Blacks" want different things than everyone else? Why, as you, sir, do here, can "Blacks" speak about what "Whites" think, but "Whites" can't speak about what "Blacks" think?
