here are some tips on meatballs. 1. use an egg. this will prevent the meat of becoming dry 2. put an union in the meat. it gives a tasty bite.

Ever since you started talking about being healthy and working out it got me thinking about it. I did start it a few weeks but dang I don't go all out as much as you. I just cook and then the leftovers are what I make into meals haha. Might have to try it that way. Still it is pretty neat getting a few tips. Welp time to keep up with you as I watch these vlogs haha.
