The new surgical block of the SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital incorporates a MRI scanner, a CT scanner and a hybrid arch. This cutting-edge technology allows surgery teams to have real-time, augmented reality images of the area where they need to intervene, which allows them to obtain more precision in extremely complex interventions, such as brain tumor resections or scoliosis surgery.
