This is the reason why heath care in America is so fucking expensive is because all you people just want to fucking sue. Doctors aren’t fucking perfect and they’re going to fuck up that’s just life. Nowadays doctors have malpractice insurance cuz they’re so fucking terrified of a lawsuit which is why they’ll have you do all kinds of unnecessary test and have you see multiple specialists before treating you which drives up heath insurance rates yet my fellow Americans still are dumbfounded for why heath care is so expensive. This is why nothing ever gets done in the US because of the amount of BS processing, paperwork, and lawyers involved so everyone can cover their ass incase anyone decides they want to sue you. That’s all people see anytime anyone fucks up in the US is automatic dollar signs$$$ cuz greedy ass lawyers are on standby ready to take your ass or defend your ass in court cuz either way they win while you lose.

Tragedies like these are why I’m glad they take health so much more seriously now. These people are so darn competitive that they’ll literally put their lives on the line... sometimes they just need to be pulled from a game for their own good. It’s crazy to see him fall to the court like that and see him still playing a few minutes later! My personal trainer had exactly this (I believe, it was hardening of one of the heart’s arteries) hit him over the course of a week where he’d go to the gym and would find himself sitting down sweating like mad and struggling to stand... they rushed him, diagnosed it, and immediately replaced the artery. Crazy to think he was trying to play with something like that :(

I’m from Boston and I’m not old enough to be alive at the time of his death, but the story was not forgotten. Being in a basketball / sport city in general, sports are the big topic of conversations. “ Tom Brady this. “ Jayson Tatum that. “ it’s all sports. My friends love basketball and we always talk about it. And almost every time we do, we bring up Reggie. He’ll never be forgotten in this city, or the basketball community.

This is my FAVORITE PLAYER OF ALL TIME. He is the reason my number is 35 forever. Well played on this video.

After that Rick Patino came in and destroyed the Celtics even more. Traded away Chauncey Billups, Joe Johnson and almost traded away Paul Pierce before getting fired.

Thank you for remembering Reggie. And thank you for remembering him the right way and not bowing to the unfounded lies. I was 13 when he collapsed and cried about it. I cried about it again watching your video. The good die young . Legends never die.

I think its important to note that at Northeastern he played for arguably a top 5 all time college coach who absolutely recognized what he had in Reggie Lewis. Those Northeastern teams were successful for who they were thanks to Lewis and Calhoun

I will honour him.. He truly is the best. That's why the fans cheered him. And we gotta do the same by remembering him.

Dude... I'm a Knicks fan. Celtics have 17 championships. Knicks have 2. They nearly have 9 times the amount of championships the Knicks have. We just lost our star player Kristaps Porzingis for the season with a torn acl. But I see where your coming from. It just sucks being a Knicks/Nets fan.

I'm a long time Celts fan. That was heart breaking. He had similar game play style and ability as Pierce.

I am excited to see 3:28. A tribute to two young men taken from us too soon who could have absolutely changed the trajectory of the NBA for decades. Rest easy Drazen Petrovic, rest well Reggie Lewis.

So a team of 12 cardiologists say it's a bad idea to play and you just throw that out the window, wow. If one outta 12 told me that I would be convinced.
