i bought this mixer grinder.n am not satisfied with the quality of the plastic jars.the machine is good,but the jars faded n had cracks within a year.n its expensive too.then I bought preeti mixer grinder.

Don't buy the food processor from croma. Every year you have to replace the coupler costing 500 Rs. Because the coupler is made of rubber. This is a design fault. In many other mixie machines, the coupler is made of ABS plastic. And local repair shops can repair the ABS plastic coupler in 20 Rs. And ABS not needed to replace every year.

What is the cost?

Mai Morphy Richard ka 2011 me 1700 rs ka mixer grinder kharida tha Aaj Tak uska motar sahi achha h but uska katori v nhi badle uske niche wala black wala change Kiya hm ubb gye use kr kr k pr Aaj Tak uska motar nhi kharab hue bht achhi company hai

VERY BAD COMPANY. VERY BAD PRODUCT. I bought this product last year. It was always an under performer. It's motor is not working since last one month. Despite the warranty the company is not replacing the motor.😮
