Academy Award Nominee for Best Documentary Short film “Nǎi Nai and Wài Pó” is a personal love letter from first generation Taiwanese-American director Sean Wang, to his Nǎi Nai and Wài Pó (Grandma & Grandma). From Disney, this multigenerational story follows this grandma super team that dances, stretches and farts their sorrows away. As the first installment of the “People & Places” relaunch, Walt Disney’s Academy Award-winning documentary short film series from the 1950s and 1960s.
Nǎi Nai & Wài Pó begins streaming on Disney+ Friday, February 9.

These old women saw the terrible era of CCP China communism and Taiwan's shift away from Continental China. This is amazing and I waited for your documentary.
