Longtable, the 55+ homes start at $2.5 million.

Nice homes but for that price I wouldn't live in the desert.

Please add affordable options for regular people. We need housing for the multitudes of earners in the average range who are ready to buy at 300-400k - condos and side by side town home options that are well insulated for sound. Theres a huge over 55 market that needs a stable monthly and can buy now, but are 45-75k earners. Many under that age range as well. Please help solve THAT issue.

Ridiculously over priced.....and if you read the fine print there is no guarantee that the lake and entertainment center will even be built. Disney has lost their way everywhere ..it's all about the money now.
