This is a great interview. You could tell Anders felt a little bit ”tired” in the beginning but given questions that weren’t standard you could tell he opened up.

Thank you! Nice to hear it shows since that's how I felt. I think we all were left the situation with such a good vibe.
Thank you for interviewing Anders. He seems like an amazing person. It's good to know more about him.
Not only an amazing lyricist and vocalist, but also just your everyday dude. I love interviews like this. My last favorite like this was with Corspegrinder.
Nice to know a little more of Anders
This man is a genius. Best lyricist I’ve ever heard/ seen since Kurt cobain/Layne Staley and that’s fuckin awesome he just said Dirt is the greatest album ever made, really can’t argue that, and now makes sense even more why I love his music so much. Doesn’t matter what era of in flames, every album is about perfect and I’m so grateful to have this band in my life
I would LOVE to hear the band members arguing over the set list.

Start with hanging out with any band... The setlist is the one thing every band argues about

@@jonatanmarklund7473 No, it has to be In Flames arguing over In Flames songs.
I could totally drink beers and talk to him about life and music 🤟🏻
New sub, Seattle.
I think by this point in flames might need to follow the iron maiden route by having themed tours. I saw them in 2022 and they blew the roof off with mostly newer material, but they still have the problem of having 13-14 records and can only play 13-14 songs in an evening. How are they meant to cover the new (always pumping) material whilst still acknowledging a 30 year catalogue of hits?
It's not difficult, its Into the Void.
kehitysidea, sonnintaakka jos on tuttu ohjelma räpin puolelta niin samanlainen ohjelma metallimuusikoille,,.eli semmonen 1-2h sohvalla käytäis läpi koko ura alusta tähän päivään asti tyyppisesti ja tarinat rundeilta yms. Vois vaikka ottaa kerralla parikin jäsentä bändistä siihen
Anders seems so bored in this interview xD

He was a bit afraid what will the questions be. That is why maybe be reacts a bit different. 😊👍
I think Facelift is better than Dirt..but thats just me..😏
In german "anders" means "different"

You can tell he is swedish. Swedish people dont like to brag about themself. Read about it.
I feel bad for Anders these questions are not good. You can tell he is very uncomfortable. This girl is not a fan I felt the uncomfortable energy from this interview it just wasn't good at all.

Don't feel bad for him, because you totally misread this situation. Anders is a very awkward person to begin with, so compared to his usual self at interviews, he is pretty chill and happy here. There are plenty of interviews where you can see him get pissed (usually when he is asked about selling out or older band members), and he really makes no effort to even hide his disgust then. So all in all if you don't want to feel unomfortable energy, then don't watch interviews with Anders in general, because he is not a social butterfly.

Been there to interview Anders he's tired of answering questions, he's allways like this :)

He actually seemed a bit uncomfortable at first since he wasn't sure, what kind of questions there would be. But he got more relaxed during the chat and we finished in good atmosphere and he was very nice after! 😊

@@viivisankiniemi1590 I would have asked him more about the music what the albums mean to him. What songs he likes to sing live. Where does he see In Flames going in the future? Who does he still want to tour with that he hasn't toured with yet? Besides Metal what group or band would he like to share the stage with. Where did he get the idea for the new record? Who does he want to work with musically for In Flames? Would he ever want to feature another metal singer on an In Flames album in the future? Who and why? These sorts of questions.

@@viivisankiniemi1590 A better way of going about asking the questions is if he has prior knowledge of them before that does help people have a concept of where you are going with the interview.
TV and film is terrible these days, all pushing the "new religion" of wokeism and globalism. I just cant un-see it. But love that he calls his music heavy metal. Obituary and Phil Anselmo do that too. I remember when putting the "heavy" in front of the metal part was not cool. And Alice in Chains is a great band. Dirt is a great album, its right up there with Clayman as one of the great albums.
