I got my 64 year old Grandad to play rocket league with me last year, we used to love playing COD type games with each other when i was younger so i decided to introduce him to it. He now still plays it all the time even if it’s not with me.

Genuinely, I would watch this guy stream ANYTHING. His personality and his outlook on life is something different man. This video had me smiling throughout the entire thing, hearing his stories and how passionate he is about the game. Someone needs to help this man get his stream set up!

Literal tears man, This is perfection... A 70 year old man who understands the art form and passion the newer generation has for gaming, this is literally gold.

This was so wholesome, I got emotional for a bit when he mentioned that there's nothing to be upset about because life's too short to be mad and upset with anything, even the smallest thing. This man is amazing, I love his personality similar to me as well.

I love how determined he is. I on the other hand just play a few matches, get annoyed, and then alt f4.

This guy is amazing and so wholesome. There isn't always a lot of elderly people who play videogames this competitively and this is serious dedication. I hope this guy achieves whatever it is he wants to achieve. He beat cancer twice and is still kicking with fire. Very very strong man. I hope he gets to GC like he wanted to do. I know He WILL reach that goal.

It really does look deeper than just Rocket League. The camaraderie that is developed in gaming between all generations of gamers.

This was the absolute best and most heart warming video I have seen in a very very very long time! Thank you so much for creating this beautiful content for so many of us to enjoy! Keep up the good vibes!

This might be my favorite video you've ever put out, this was so incredibly cool

What an amazing guy. There was actually a lot of cool topics brought up during this video. At one point Sunless says something along the lines of, "The next generations will be merged through gaming." Which is really eye opening for me. The last 2 or 3 generations grew up with gaming, and gaming isn't going to leave our lives, so the next generations can connect through gaming, unlike the mid-20th century generations (generally) My favorite wholesome moment of this video had to be when Sunless gave the guy the alpha cap. He had no idea what it was, so he probably doesn't know about it's value either, but the gesture meant more to him than the tangible value of the item. Just overall this guy's logical process is so smart, that maybe if he doesn't want to stream, or doesn't have time for that, he should make some type of Rocket League/Gaming podcast. He could talk about one of his passions, and I think the audience would be a very large spectrum. From older people interested in gaming, to teens and young adults seeking life wisdom. I know that I'd definitely tune in. Loved the Vid!

Facts I’m 21 years old and had cancer at 11 and I rarely ever get mad at the game. When he was speaking about how he felt I knew what he was going to say before he said it.

As a 48 year old player, I really appreciated this video. I’ve yet to meet anyone older than me in the game. Love that this guy is still getting it done at 70!

This is one of the best videos I’ve ever seen! I pray this man gets a stream going. I would literally watch every day in support of him. He can teach this generation a thing or too. I have a tear in my eye. What a beautiful human being. My gaming buddy passed away just last year, he was only 31. We played rocket league quiet a bit and since his passing, I find it sad playing rocket league. All I know is, he's up there, still not the best player and still sucking at flip resets. I would 100% watch this guys stream! He could have high level players come on and coach him, and he could give his old man wisdom out to people, I'd sub to that in a heartbeat.

I love how he mentioned Flakes. I also watch Flakes and his streams bc he gives you advise on how to be patient and do things with the lowest amount of skill.

This was great. As someone that would be considered an "old gamer" it was cool to see there's still people out there enjoying the game that are older than I am who feel the same way about RL and games in general. Even tho we laugh about it what vapor said really helps with life and rocket league in general. When raging on a game or in life it just helps and so calming to think “well at least i don’t have cancer” i know it sounds harsh but really. This guy changed my perspective on life and the game in general

i really feel this man when he started talking about cancer, i’ve had it twice as well and i’m in my 5th year of remission and rocket league was a huge escape for me

I absolutely love this guy. I almost get teary eyed listening to him speak. He's so genuine and enthusiastic, it warms my very cold heart. Even at my age (32) RL has been my diversion. It is a 1 in a million game. I hope im young as him when i get to be his age

i just had a bout with cancer/chemo and video games helped me get through those times where i was too tired/depressed/exhausted to do anything. they kept my mind busy and allowed me to spend time with friends.
