I grew up absolutely loving tractors. John Deere especially. My grandfather had an older 5 series John Deere tractor from like the late 90s. Beautiful tractor. Yours is very similar to his. Had the roof and front loader aswell. He owned a mobile home park for college students and that's what it was used for mainly, aswell as planting hunting fields. He has since passed and park has been sold. That series tractor holds a special place in my heart

I like the landscaping rake you have and it seem to be working perfectly and getting up all the wood and lumps of dirt and leveling out the soil. I have one which I got from my John Deere dealer and it is on one of my tractors right now and the primary implement used around my home. I still have some leveling to do in my yard and it will be used for that along with my box blade on one tractor.

What a great video. I just love it when a land owner has pride in how his property looks . Many country folks just ply up their garbage and their property looks like a junk yard . Perfect music for this video and the camera shots were great . When you had the flat tire I figured the video was over but no you took the time and effort to show us how to fix a flat with a plug . Again ,Great video Sir and thanks . About cutting the plug . I was thinking is he going to cut off the extra . LOL

Great video Josh. If I may give a little advice on the rake when pulling heavy material like sticks and some larger stones, instead of having the rake level try turning your top link out so the back of the rake tips down more, it will grab more material and as it gets closer to what you want then you level it out. Too bad there isn’t a mull board on it you could drop that down and pull the heavy material and the loose stuff should filter between the tines. Also a power angle rake would be nice then you could angle your rake as much or as little as you want to move material around.

Farmer/offroad truck driver pro tip josh.......spray either, carb cleaner or even windex if thats all you have to clean the tire as good as you can around hole then use liberal amount of tire cement on your pluggs. Also if you can get truck tire plugs or industial plugs. The cement will be more of a lubricant but double as a sealant. I found that alot of times i could get away with using a plug but i always had a slow leak and had to add 15-30lbs per day after.......but with cement it made it a better fix usualy.

The smart thing to do is take your anvil of the back of the truck where most of the energy you applying with the hammer is being absorbed by the suspension of the truck. After watching a good number of these type of videos, it’s become apparent to me the protagonist of these videos love when things break, so they can have the pure pleasure of fixing them.

That rock dust will also turn into like cement if you slowly wet it down after you get it where you want it. After you wet it all the way down let it dry for a few days till it dries out before you drive on it. That is how we did our tear drop drive way and it stayed put for over 9 years.

Is that seriously the biggest hammer on the farm?? How do you live, man? LOL. Love the vids, keep 'em coming. Any consideration to planting a pollinator flower garden by your pond? The right mix reseeds itself, looks beautiful, keeps your bees happy, and you don't have to mow it. Food for thought.

Believe me a quick hitch is a must if you change implements very often. Stops the frustration. Your vids have lots of information. Keep it up. 👍👍👍
