She is the oldest child and only daughter of Pavlos, Crown Prince of Greece and his wife, Marie-Chantal Miller. Her paternal grandparents are Constantine II of Greece and Anne-Marie of Denmark, who were the last King and Queen of the Hellenes, while her maternal grandfather is duty free entrepreneur Robert Warren Miller. She is currently sixth in the line of succession to the former throne of Greece, after her father and brothers. Princess Maria-OlympiaBorn25 July 1996 (age 22) Weill Cornell Medical Center, New York City, New York, U.S.HouseGlücksburgFatherPavlos, Crown Prince of GreeceMotherMarie-Chantal MillerOccupationStudent, model, socialite Early lifeEdit Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark was born on 25 July 1996 at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City to Pavlos, Crown Prince of Greece and his wife Marie-Chantal. She was baptized in the Greek Orthodox Church by Patriarch Bartholomew I of Constantinople at the Church of St. Georgein Istanbul, Turkey on 22 December 1996.[1][2]Her godparents are her paternal aunt Princess Alexia of Greece and Denmark, her maternal aunt Pia Getty, her grandfather's second cousin The Prince of Wales, and Prince Michael of Greece and Denmark. Her family relocated to London where she spent most of her childhood. She is the older sister of Princes Constantine-Alexios, Achileas-Andreas, Prince Odysseas-Kimon, and Prince Aristidis-Stavros.[3] She studied art history, theatre, photography, and graphic design while in boarding school in Switzerland with hopes of pursuing a career in art or fashion. She interned in Dior's couture department, at the age of 17.[4] Personal lifeEdit In 2016, Maria-Olympia studied photography at Parsons School of Design in New York.[5] It was reported that she was romantically involved with her godfather's son, Prince Harry, but a senior official representative of the British Royal Family denied the rumors.[6] She revealed she has dyslexia in an interview with Tatler.[7] In May 2018, Maria-Olympia attended a gala dinner to celebrate the 50th birthday of her cousin once removed, Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark.[8] In July 2018, Maria-Olympia posted a picture on her Instagram account where she was extending her middle finger. The post went viral and received criticism. She later removed it.[9] Fashion careerEdit She has modeled for Teen Vogue,[10] Town & Country,[11] Tatler, Hello!,[12] ¡Hola!,[13] and W.[14][15] In June 2017, Maria-Olympia walked the runway for Dolce & Gabbana.[16] Titles and stylesEdit 25 July 1996 - present: Her Royal HighnessPrincess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark

Her paternal grandparents are Constantine II of Greece and Queen Anne-Marie of Greece, who reigned as the last King and Queen of the Hellenes until the monarchy was abolished in 1973. Through her father, she is a male-line descendant of Christian IX of Denmark, and in-line to the Danish throne. She also descends from Queen Victoria, Kaiser Frederick III, Kaiser Wilhelm II, and Gustaf VI Adolf of Sweden. Since the Greek monarchy was abolished, her title as a princess of Greece is a courtesy recognized by foreign royal courts, while she is legally a princess of Denmark.

@Akantha R The former Greek title is linked to the family and its order of inheritance. Thus, the only way this honorific can be destroyed is by being abdicated by the entire family. Nothing dictates that one be active in order to hold a title. As far as I know, none of them have abdicated, save Prince Philip Windsor-Mountbatten. Though the title holds nothing, it is still held. Furthermore, the title, by convention, still commands a style of address. And though she is not a Princess to anything, she is however a princess OF Denmark (it is an important distinction). Furthermore, do correct me if I'm mistaken, I believe the of Greece bit belongs to the Danish Royal House of Glucksburg. What is there to get over? I'm not hoping for a return, but I am honoring etiquette conventions.

@@annas4843 Be that as it may. It is, alas, one of those situations where its must be done by those who hold it. It would have to be done by all those who hold/held any titles "Greece and Denmark." When England was defeated by France in the 100 years war, they maintained their claim to the French throne. A claim is only moot once it is renounced. Or a more technical example. Say one of the previous ruling houses of any of the kingdoms making up the Holy Roman Empire, the house of Wittelsbach for example. Let's say they never renounced their claim. If they were to raise an army a coup, or win a monarchical referendum. His claim to the throne would be "legitimate." Unless the individual holding the claim renounces it, that's exactly what it is. A claim.

@JohnDark93 The title is hereditary. It is a belonging of the family. Therefore, the only way it can be destroyed is by abdication, which they have not done yet. In the realm of titles, technicalities always matter. Furthermore, by the Danish Constitution, all extended members of the Danish Royal Family are Princes(s) OF the Crown (But not to the Crown, a huge difference). As such, should they move back to Denmark, they would be entitled to all rights accorded to their Danish titles.
