Hes small for 8 months. Were there complications?

I thought I knew my body.. I gave birth to our 7th baby 2 weeks ago and almost died 😟 Never experienced anything like that with my prior 6 babies so it was a shock and extremely scary. I was bleeding internally after the delivery and needed 3 blood transfusions 😭 Now I have a hematoma in my stomach that has a liter of blood in it and it's just all so scary to think about. Sadly, no more babies for me🙁
