since I was 10 I have oc's and I absolutely LOVE hearing about people's oc's. I've never played dnd, but I'm aware of how it works and knowing you have a whole world with these oc's makes me SO EXCITED. if I could I would play with you, but just hearing about it already makes me happy. LOVE YOU ART, seriously. the way you colour it is so beautiful, I'm really inspired by your drawings, I hope I reach this level someday. can't wait for the episodes!

its really fun, with just a couple of dice u can write your character's story in a way that's suspenseful and surprising

Honestly I've never been a fan of the "spirited girl who can't be prim and proper like her family/society wants her to" trope because it just feels like some sort of overdone social commentary, but Eleanor actually grew on me! She is just a silly lass :) I look forward to hearing more about your dnd game in the future ^^

i agree thats its overdone, ESPECIALLY in a historical setting :/ but games are about enjoying things and sometimes tropes/cliches are just for fun :D

I love them all! As a player of dnd I can promise you, you're not doing anything wrong. All games very and rules are bent. Look into homebrewing, that's taking dnd and making it your own. I also highly recommend you look into the species changeling. I can see you making a really fun character for your story with that.

I'm also playing solo D&D right now, and it's totally okay to ignore rules and do things your own way because it's your story! I'm excited to see where this world goes! (I didn't do enough worldbuilding with my campaign I think)

this is wonderful and just what i needed to draw my old dnd ocs again (which is what im currently doing) :D and btw, a bard can essentially be anyone creative, because they get their magic through some sort of artform. the wiki dot actively says they cast through words and music but it can really be whatever kind of art you want, whether thats storytelling, poetry, acting, painting, music, dancing or even just being a lil manipulator. you can stretch what "weaving magic through words and music" mean to you, your character, and the story you want to tell (highly recommend you look through the wikidot if you want more ideas)

This will come across as a really dumb question, but I noticed that you gave Evangeline a cane (which is interesting because she looks rather young and has rather healthy looking legs). Does she have a limp that we don't, does she use it as a weapon, or is it used for shilleilagh?

I watched Ginny Di's solo dnd video once but it was definitly not for me, but you might have changed my mind on it. Usually, my favorite part about dnd is bouncing off of my friends nonsense to make more nonsense, but this sounds like so much fun. And theres really no need to really be the PHB police, especially when youre playing on your own, but lots of dms work off the rule of cool, aka if its cooler than core than theyll allow it. Also you seem like youd love fantasy high from dimension 20!

ginny's vid is what got me into solo! and also trevor's me myself & die series. funny that you say that because d20 is what got me into dnd in the first place :D happily watching junior high now but seriously, solo can be fun if you treat it like bouncing ideas off.. yourself?? one time i played some detective music and just talked to myself trying to put together the clues that the dice gave me and it was so fun

if you wanna view it that way yes, its creative writing can only be as fun as you make it. none of it has to be in book form tho, it can be all spoken or just purely summarized. whats fun is the addition of dice and character stats, which makes it feel like you're actually playing a game where not everything is in your control as an author.
