Yeah, back then they were very gentle with each other. Now they can't live together anymore. And you didn't see the first days in this video. The first days Berp needed to wear her muzzle because she was hunting Dien, the puppy in the video. So it was not that natural and easy going. And now it's war between them. So don't want people to think that staffords are easy going and social with other dogs.

Its so hard when they don't get on they are brillant with people some years back I took another staff on when I had my old boy at first they seemed fine aa they played together outside and the owner of the other staff asked me if I would have him it was ok like you said at first then they started .the previous owners had to take him back as they just was not happy living together There like us I suppose we don't always get on with everyone. They are perfect living with us humans through 😘❤

@@jessicaharrison1401 exactly, with humans they are great. With other dogs most of the times not so great. But sadly enough a lot of people don't realize that genetics are there for a reason. We people bred dogs for a certain job. When a border collie herds sheep it's the genetics that play a big part. But as soon as we're talking about dog intolorance and the will to fight dogs without a reason, then it's all in how you raise them.

@@sporting-sbt I totally know what your saying staffs can be raised to be gentle and loving .it does not mean they will get on with all the dogs at the dog park. I don't let mine run with other dogs he has one freind who he is ok to run with a female who has been spayed . .the genetics will always be there and they can tend to not get on with other dogs especially males. I had two together when they was pups they was fine until they got that bit older .I had to give the other dog back to the breeder as I had had my boy from a tiny puppy. My boy is as soft as anything with humans he just doesn't get on with other dogs .I take him to hired out fields where there isn't other dogs he was well socialisd since a puppy soon as he got a bit older he was not bothered about other dogs He just loves playing I would love to do the sporting side of things with him he loves jumping and where I go there is a flirt pole he loves that. My female was actually worse with other dogs and she was raised like all my other dogs with a loving family .People say the fight has been breed out that is just untrue they will fight if left alone with other dogs I don't mean there vicious .I know you know what I mean as you have owned and breed them. If I try to explain that to people who don't know about the breed they think there just dangerous dogs .I think people who get this breed need to look into the history as the characteristics of the breed is still there .in the right hands they can be kept away from all that they will always have the odd quarrel if not on the lead .that's why I keep mine on so it doesn't happen .People who don't know the breed and let them run free thinking they will get on with other dogs will find there selves with problems .there so loving with humans though they need there exercise also there happy just to sit with us and fall asleep on our knees 😘❤

@@jessicaharrison1401 Yeah exactly ! In the wrong hands they can cause very dangerous situations. But in the right hands there is nothing to worry about. I just love the breed and would never want anything else anymore.
